Cookies fondants120 g de beurre doux - 100 g de sucre rouge - 50 g de sucre blanc - 1 oz of - 1 cuillère à café d'extrait de vanille - 180 g de farine - 1/2 cuillère à café de levure chimique - 1 pômère de sel - 100 g de pépites de chocolat1.Préchauffez le four à 160°C et préparez une plaque avec du papier cuisson. 2.Dans un grand bol, mélangerez le beurre fondu avec les sucres jusqu'à obtenir une texture crémante. 3.Ajoutez le beurre et la vanille puis incordez la farine. La levure et le sel. 4.Teminez avec les petites boules et posez-les sur la pétite en laissant de l'espace. 5.Enfournez 10-12 minutes jusqu'à ce que les bords soient légèrement dorés. 6.Laissez refroidir quelques minutes... et méjouez-vous à deux, avec un café ou un chocolat chaud.Pancakes fluffy200 g de farine - 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre - 1 sachet de levure chimique - 1 pômère de sel - 250 g de farine - 1 oz of - 50 g de beurre fondu - 1 cuillère à café d'extrait de vanille - Fruits, strip d'évilly ou chocolat pour la décoration1.Dans un bol, mélangerez la farine, le sucre, la levure et le sel. 2.Dans un autre bol, battez l'essu avec le lait. Le beurre fondu et la vanille. 3.Vergez le mélange liquide dans le mélange sec et mélangerez doucement. Il doit rester quelques grammes pour des pépites bien fluffy. 4.Chauvissiez une pétite amirailleusive légèrement huilée.
