The event witnessed active participation from all the four houses — Noble, Regal, Dignity and Liberty — promoting strategic thinking, concentration, teamwork and healthy competition among the students. The matches were conducted under the supervision of the P.E.Ts and the participants displayed remarkable patience and determination throughout the event. In the Senior Boys Category, Akshat Yadav (IX -A) and Yash Veer Singh (X- B) of Noble House emerged as Winners while Arsh Khan (IX-A) and Rudra Pandey (IX-B) of Dignity House secured the Runner-Up position. In the Senior Girls Category, Anchal Singh (X-D) and Simran Arora (IX-D) of Liberty House were declared Winners while Vaibhavi Tiwari (X-B) and Shimaila Parveen (X-B) of Noble House secured the Runner-Up position.

Stress Management & Emotional Stability SessionMOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATIONLucknow Public College, Sec-E, Amrapali Yojna MAY-2026 A soulful and enriching session on Stress Management & Emotional Stability was conducted on 8th May 2026 at Lucknow Public College by Amrit Pal Singh Sodhi from MaitriBodh Parivaar inspired by the divine teachings of Maitreya Dadashreeji. The session aimed at guiding the students towards self-awareness, emotional balance and inner peace through Maitri Sambodh Dhyaan, a transformative guided meditation practice specially designed to help the individuals to navigate today’s fast-paced and uncertain world. Through mindfulness and meditation techniques the students learned the importance of managing stress, maintaining emotional stability and developing a calm and focused mind. The interactive session encouraged the students to connect with their inner selves, enhance concentration, improve decision-making abilities and unlock their true potential in academics as well as personal growth. The peaceful and positive atmosphere created during the meditation experience left the students feeling refreshed, motivated and emotionally empowered. The session on Building Healthy Parent–Teacher Relationships in Sensitive Family Situations provided the educators with the valuable psychological perspectives on handling special family circumstances with empathy, professionalism and emotional sensitivity. The teachers were guided on maintaining healthy boundaries, supporting the students effectively and understanding what the educators should avoid while dealing with personal family matters. Alongside the training, a quarterly teacher wellbeing session was also conducted focusing on emotional presence, mindfulness and emotional regulation through groundedness. The session included a specially designed guided meditation aimed at helping teachers process emotions related to forgiveness, rumination and conscious emotional responses. The camp offered a wide range of engaging activities including Swimming, Skating, Cricket and Public Speaking Training, providing the students with the opportunities to develop confidence, discipline, creativity and Physical Fitness in a fun-filled learning environment. The students actively participated with great energy and zeal as they explored new skills, built friendships and created memorable experiences. The summer camp encouraged holistic development while making learning enjoyable and enriching during the vacation period. A special highlight of the camp was the 15-Days Public Speaking Training Session conducted by School Psychologist Mr. Saurabh Sijwali for the students of Classes VI, VII & VIII. The sessions focused on important aspects of Public Speaking such as voice modulation, stage confidence, expression, articulation, playfulness of words, body language and the art of connecting effectively with the audience. Through interactive activities and engaging exercises, the students learned how to express their thoughts confidently and creatively. Mr. Saurabh Sijwali also conducted online CACA Sessions for Classes VI to VIII, where he creatively explained topics from the book through activity-based learning and interactive approaches. The sessions encouraged the students to think differently, participate actively and develop better understanding through practical experiences and discussions.
