Before creating your first content, follow these simple steps to get everything set up for success. Step 1 – Join the FURRYOU Affiliate Community Join our private Facebook Group to receive announcements, campaign updates, helpful resources, and connect with fellow affiliates. Step 2 – Join Our Private Group Chat After joining the Facebook Group, you'll be added to our private group chat. This is where we share quick updates, answer questions, provide reminders, and communicate important announcements with all affiliates. Step 3 – Access the Content Library Open the shared Google Drive and download product photos, raw videos, logos, captions, and other marketing materials. Step 4 – Receive Your Personalized Paw Ref Magnet Once your sample is ready, we'll send you your personalized Paw Ref Magnet along with photos and raw videos that you can use in your content. Step 5 – Create Your First Video Create authentic content using your own creativity. You may also combine your own clips with the marketing assets available in the Content Library. Step 6 – Add Your Affiliate Link or Yellow Basket Before publishing, make sure your affiliate link or TikTok Yellow Basket is attached so your sales can be tracked correctly. Step 7 – Start Sharing & Earning Publish consistently, engage with your audience, and start earning a 30% commission for every successful sale generated through your affiliate account. 💡Pro Tip: Don't hesitate to ask questions in the group chat. Show the Paw Ref Magnet clearly from different angles. Mention that every magnet is personalized. Use good lighting and clear video quality. Add captions to make your videos easier to watch. Always attach your affiliate link or TikTok Yellow Basket before posting. Encourage viewers to customize their own Paw Ref Magnet. ❌ Content Don'ts Do not make false or misleading claims about the product. Do not copy another affiliate's finished video. Do not use offensive language or inappropriate content. Do not promise shipping times unless officially announced by FURRYOU. FURRYOU Affiliate Handbook | Version 1.0 Commission & Outside Platform Orders FURRYOU offers two ways to earn commissions: through TikTok Shop/Shopee Affiliate and through outside-platform orders. Please read the guidelines below carefully. 🛒TikTok Shop & Shopee Orders Orders placed through your TikTok Shop Affiliate (Yellow Basket) or Shopee Affiliate link are automatically tracked and paid by the respective platform according to their policies. No manual commission processing is required from FURRYOU. 💌Outside Platform Orders If you receive orders through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok messages, or other platforms, you may still earn a 30% commission. You will communicate with your customer, collect the complete order details and payment, then submit the order to the FURRYOU team for production. 🗒 Order Process 1. Receive the customer's order. 2. Collect the customer's Full Name, Complete Address, Contact Number, Pet Photo(s), Personalization Details, Product, and Quantity. 3. Collect the customer's FULL payment before submitting the order. 4. Send the complete order details together with proof of payment to FURRYOU. 5. After payment is verified, production will begin. 6. After production is complete, FURRYOU will arrange the shipment based on your preferred shipping option. (Next Page) 7. You earn a 30% commission on every completed outside-platform order. 12
FURRYOU Affiliate Handbook | Version 1.0 Option 1 – Ship Directly to Your Customer FURRYOU will ship the finished product directly to your customer. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee. The shipping fee must be collected together with the product payment before the order is submitted. Option 2 – Ship to the Affiliate (Batch Orders) If you have 10 or more confirmed orders, you may request to have all completed orders shipped to your address instead. FURRYOU will cover the one-time shipping fee from our workshop to your address. Once you receive the package, you may distribute the orders to your customers. 💳Payment Policy Full payment is required before production begins. Personalized products are made only after payment has been verified. No Cash on Delivery (COD) for outside-platform orders. Unpaid or incomplete orders will not be processed. Commission is earned only after the customer's order is successfully completed. 🎁Affiliate Incentives FURRYOU may offer exclusive incentives, bonuses, free samples, or special shipping promotions for affiliates who consistently generate successful outside-platform orders. Promotions may change from time to time and will be announced in the Affiliate Facebook Group and Private Group Chat. 📌Important Notes Commission is 30% of the product's selling price (excluding shipping fees). Cancelled, unpaid, or refunded orders are not eligible for commission. Affiliates are responsible for collecting accurate customer information before submitting an order. Our goal is to provide free products to active creators who genuinely want to promote FURRYOU. Failure to remain active may affect eligibility for future free samples and exclusive affiliate incentives. ⚠ Policy Violations FURRYOU reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates who repeatedly violate community rules, submit fraudulent orders, abuse commissions or promotions, harass customers or affiliates, or damage the reputation of the FURRYOU brand. ⭐ Grow With Us: Thank you for being part of the FURRYOU family. Please follow these guidelines whenever sharing photos or videos. 📸Customer Photos & Videos Customer photos and videos may only be added to the FURRYOU Content Library with the customer's permission. If a customer declines, please respect their decision and keep their content private. ✅ Asking for Permission Before uploading personalized photos or videos, kindly ask the customer if they are comfortable allowing their content to be shared privately within the FURRYOU Affiliate Community for marketing purposes. 🎥Workshop & Behind-the-Scenes Content General workshop footage, engraving videos, packaging clips, and other behind- the-scenes content that do not reveal customer information may be shared without additional permission. 🔐Private Use Only All shared content inside the FURRYOU Content Library is exclusively for approved FURRYOU Affiliates. Do not upload, sell, or distribute these files outside the affiliate community without written permission from FURRYOU. 🤝Respect Customer Privacy Do not share personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, order details, or any other private customer information. With permission, affiliate-created product photos and videos can be shared within our private affiliate community, giving everyone more real content to use while promoting FURRYOU. 🎥How It Works When your personalized affiliate Paw Ref Magnet is completed, FURRYOU may create product photos, engraving videos, packaging videos, unboxing clips, or finished product showcase videos. We may invite you to allow these materials to be added to our private Community Content Library. ✅ Your Choice Sharing your content is completely optional. If you give permission, your content may be shared only with approved FURRYOU Affiliates. You may also use content contributed by other affiliates to help create your own videos. If you choose not to participate, your decision will always be respected. 🤝A Win-Win Community By sharing content, everyone benefits from a larger collection of real marketing materials. Approved affiliates earn 30% commission on every successful sale generated through their affiliate link or approved outside-platform orders. 2. When will I receive my commission? Commissions are paid only after the customer's payment has been confirmed, the order has been completed, and any applicable return, cancellation, or refund period has passed. 3. Can I sell outside TikTok Shop or Shopee? Yes. You may promote FURRYOU through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, or other social media platforms. For outside-platform orders, simply submit the complete customer details and proof of payment to the FURRYOU team. 4. Do I need to keep inventory? No. FURRYOU handles product production, personalization, quality checking, packaging, and shipping. Your role is to promote the products and assist customers. 5. Can I edit the official FURRYOU photos and videos? Yes. You are encouraged to add your own voice-over, captions, music, hooks, and editing style. Please avoid copying another affiliate's finished content. 6. Will the Content Library be updated? Yes. We regularly add new engraving videos, packaging videos, product photos, B-roll footage, marketing resources, and content ideas so affiliates always have fresh materials to use. 7. Can I use the Content Library for another business or brand? No. The Official FURRYOU Content Library is exclusively for promoting FURRYOU products. 8. What happens if I become inactive? Affiliates who remain active receive priority for future free product samples, new product launches, and exclusive affiliate opportunities. Long periods of inactivity may affect eligibility for future benefits. 9. Is there a minimum sales requirement? No. There is currently no minimum sales requirement to remain a FURRYOU Affiliate. However, we encourage affiliates to stay active by creating content regularly and engaging with potential customers.
