The document details the brands and partnerships the company holds, including Philips Dynalite, Signify, KNX, and KMC Controls. It explains the smart systems and automation capabilities, from centralized control via touch panels and mobile apps to core systems like lighting, HVAC, shades, and door locks.
A dedicated section covers GRMS for hotels, listing what they deliver: lighting control, security, access control, electric shutters, public address, MATV/IPTV, and PMS integration. The BMS section describes real-time visibility into HVAC, lighting, and energy consumption, with predictive alerts and multi-protocol integration (BACnet, Modbus, IoT).
