On World Glaucoma Day, a health talk was given at CHC Chathankery.
The newsletter reports on college ceremonies and competitions. The Lamp Lighting Ceremony for the 23rd BSc Nursing batch was held on 13 February, with dignitaries including His Grace Dr. Yuhanon Mar Chrysostomos. The unit-level sports competition INVICTUS 2K26 took place on 14 March at DB Pampa College. The Zonal Athletic Meet ASTRA 2026 was held on 24 March at Kodumon Stadium, where SGCON secured third place in March Past among 30 colleges.
Student achievements are highlighted. Ms. Sherin Benny, a 7th semester student, won first runner-up in the KUHS Interzone Yoga Competition and also attended the Women Physique (Yoga) Competition at Pamba College. A Lent retreat was organized on 25 March with sessions on Christian discipleship and compassion in nursing. An inter-college reel competition on the theme 'Born Safe, Raised Healthy' was won by St. Gregorious College of Nursing with 82 points.
