As the day slowly tuned to evening, something unusual began to happen. The cheerful breeze disappeared. Dark clouds swallowed the blue sky. the birds stopped singing and even the trees seemed to tremble. The forest grew silent. Every creature knew that somethng terrible was approaching, but none of them knew how powerful it would be..
Can you hear me? I am the wind that comes before every great storm.The wind spirit whispered through the forest Wind spirit: I have watched this forest for many days , and I have seen its pride grow stronger than kindness. Prepare yourselves! , For a great trial is coming
We bring powerful winds!, endless rain , and roaring thunder !!The typhoon spirit gave off warning and threat Typhoon Spirit : Brace yourselves for the immense harm that is about to be brought upon your forest!!
The forest turns dark and silent as the Wind Spirit and Typhoon Spirit arrive to punish the creatures' pride with destructive winds and rain.
Shortly, every animal's individual defense fails. the Monkey’s high branch is unsafe, Maya Bird’s nest is threatened, Kalabaw is too large to hide, Butterfly loses control of her wings, Firefly’s light dims, and Turtle’s shell is not enough against the storm.
The lakan Bamboo intervenes, reminding everyone of their unique gifts and convincing Monkey and the others that safety alone is meaningless if their home and neighbors are destroyed.
The Animals use their stregths to build a shelter for the raging storm Monkey: Gathers sturdy branches. Maya Bird: Weaves the structure together. Butterfly: Gathers broad leaves for the roof. Kalabaw: Acts as a windbreak at the entrance. Firefly: Illuminates the shelter to dispel fear. Turtle: Shields smaller creatures under his shell. Ants: Tie bindings and transport small materials.
As the storm passes the shelter successfully withstands the storm , and the sunlight reaches the forest once more. The typhoon spirit is shocked that they managed to survive the raging storm he roared once more before he disappears into the wilderness
As the typhoon spirt disappeared , The monkey noticed the bananas scattered on the ground , and wanted to shere with the exausted butterflyHey butterfly !, you look tired . Do you want a banana ?
The butterfly was touched by his gratitude and accepted the banana. And in the end the Lakan Bamboo reflects on how working together transformed their community, leaving the animals permanently bonded in kindness and shared strength. THE END..Well..
