GENERAL RULESAll participants must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department before participating. It is mandatory for every participant to carry and present their College ID Card during the event. The NOC must be submitted on the registration date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of participation. Usage of vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate songs is strictly prohibited. Any violation will lead to disqualification. Revealing or inappropriate costumes are not permitted. Participants must dress in a decent and appropriate manner. Ramp Walk participants and Adzap participants must submit their audio track and video on or before 3rd August. Late submissions will not be accepted. No registrations or event participation will be allowed after the registration deadline. Requests for late registration will not be entertained. Participants are expected to maintain discipline and follow the instructions of the organizing committee throughout the event. 1. Each team shall consist of 2 participants. 2. Only one team from each department is permitted to participate. 3. The performance duration must be 2 minutes and the video should be submitted on or before Aug 3 4. The advertisement must be original, creative, and appropriate. 5. Usage of vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate language or content is strictly prohibited. 6. Participants may use simple props if required; however, the organizing committee will not provide any materials. 7. Exceeding the prescribed time limit may result in deduction of marks or disqualification. 8. The decision of the judges and the organizing committee shall be final. 9. All participants must carry their College ID Card and report to the venue on time. 10. Ramp Walk1. Each team shall consist of 1 to 3 participants. 2. The performance duration (audio/music) must be 2 minutes. 3. Participants must adhere to a decent and appropriate dress code. Revealing or inappropriate costumes are strictly prohibited. 4. The audio track for the performance must be submitted on or before 3rd August. Late submissions will not be accepted. 5. Participants are expected to maintain proper stage etiquette and discipline throughout the event. 6. All participants must carry their College ID Card and report to the venue on time. 7. Any remarks or statements that are offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or intended to hurt the sentiments of the audience, judges, or fellow participants are strictly prohibited. 6. Usage of abusive, vulgar, or inappropriate language will result in disqualification. 7. All participants must carry their College ID Card and report to the venue on time. 8.
