Vidya Pravesh (Class I) A 3-month play-based school preparation module designed to make the transition into formal schooling smooth, joyful, and memorable for new learners. Vidya Pravesh & FLN Initiatives
Foundational Literacy Interactive phonics, storytelling sessions, picture cards, and rhyming games to build strong reading, listening, and comprehension skills in Classes I & II. Creative Learning Activities Creative Learning Activities (CLA) form the backbone of our primary curriculum, encouraging students to learn by doing. During Quarter 1, students engaged in origami crafts, clay modeling, toy-based learning modules, and role-play scripts that brought textbooks to life in exciting ways. Learning came alive through creativity, collaboration, and hands-on experiences.

Teacher Skill Workshops Our dedicated primary faculty regularly undertakes Nistha and KVS regional workshops to update pedagogical skills, focusing on early child care and inclusive classroom practices. FLN & ICT Integration Specialized training sessions on developing low-cost Teaching Learning Materials (TLM), digital storyboards, and smart board tools to enrich everyday lessons. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Teachers enhanced their professional skills through continuous learning and capacity-building programmes.

Quarter 1 witnessed enthusiastic participation during our first Parent- Teacher Meeting (PTM) and Class I Orientation session. Key Discussion Points: • Familiarizing parents with FLN targets and home practice routines. • Healthy lunchbox guidelines & maintaining screen-time balance. • Open feedback and collaborative growth strategies for every child. Health Check-Ups Routine height, weight, and dental screenings conducted to ensure our students remain healthy and active throughout the term. Nutrition & Hygiene Encouraging green vegetables, fresh fruits, proper handwashing before meals, and drinking adequate water daily.
