Driving reversibility The swiveling operator’s seat inside the cab ensures optimal visibility at every stage of operation, both during work and transport. By allowing the operator to easily change driving direction, it improves control and awareness of the surroundings. The DF range dumpers are designed with operator safety as a top priority. 180° three-way dumping The DF range dumpers enable 180° unloading thanks to a hydro-mechanical system with a toothed slew ring and double lift cylinder, ensuring precision, speed, and operational safety. This solution, combined with the high maneuverability provided by four-wheel steering, allows operators to work with maximum efficiency, making it easy to unload materials anywhere on the construction site. Modern and ergonomic cab Heating and optional air conditioning ensure an ideal working environment in any season, while sound insulation and a Bluetooth radio provide a pleasant driving experience. The color display, intuitive joystick, and rotary selector guarantee smooth and technologically advanced operation. 4WS Dumper: 2WS Dumper: The DF range dumpers are equipped with four-wheel steering, offering a tighter turning radius compared to articulated vehicles. Thanks to three steering modes, the DF series dumpers provide maximum maneuverability even in the tightest spaces. Additionally, the 4WS system helps prevent the “wheel drag” effect common in articulated dumpers, reducing tire wear and improving efficiency. The 2WS mode, used for transport, ensures safe and stable driving even at high speeds, providing precise directional control and full command of the vehicle. A side step further aids the operator in reaching the engine compartment. Its placement between the cab and the skip keeps the operator out of the excavator’s working range during loading, enhancing safety and reducing the risk of collisions with the cab. A wheel diagram appears on the monitor and turns green as soon as the alignment is correct, allowing the operator to confidently select the desired steering mode without having to visually check the position of the wheels on the two different axles. Rigid frame for maximum grip The replacement of the traditional central articulation joint with a rigid frame equipped with a front oscillating axle allows the center of gravity to remain exactly in the middle of the machine, ensuring superior stability in all working conditions. The integrated Hill-Hold function prevents the machine from moving when the accelerator is released, ensuring safety even on slopes or uneven terrain.
