QUARTERLY REPORTING FORMS AND REQUIREMENTS The Royal Ladies Department is required to meet four (4) times per year – quarterly. To help maintain consistency with reporting, all departments should follow the same quarterly meeting months: January • April • July • October Assemblies may choose to meet monthly if they desire; however, only quarterly meetings are required. New reporting forms have been created — one for Grand Assemblies and one for Local Assemblies. Grand Assemblies Grand Assemblies will collect all local assembly reports and mail them to me in one complete packet quarterly. Your packet should include: •Completed Grand Assembly Quarterly Report Form •All Local Assembly quarterly report forms •Sign-in sheets •Minutes •Day sheets Local Assemblies Without a Grand Assembly (smaller states) These assemblies will mail their reports directly to me and must include: •Completed Local Assembly Quarterly Report Form •Sign-in sheet •Minutes •Day sheet
