वास क रोशनी The Light of Faith ाहक सेवााहक सेवा Customer ServiceCustomer Serviceाहक सेवा Customer Service பக்க पृ्቗ Page 13 लेख / Article सूरज अभी पूरी तरह उगा भी नह था क शहर क सड़ क अपने दैिनक जीवन क ऱቸ तार पकड़ ने लगी थ। हवा म हल् क ठंडक थी, और पीपल के पेड़ से िगरते प्ቈे जैसे समय क कोई अनकही कहानी सुना रहे थे । उसी सुबह, सेद सूती साड़ ी म िलपटी लगभग पचह्ቈर वषया सािव्ቔी देवी अपने हाथ म एक पुरानी कपड़े क पोटली थामे बक ऑफ इंिडया क शाखा क ओर बढ़ र ही थ। उस पोटली म कुछ कागज़ थे, एक वष पुरानी पासबुक थी और सबसे ऊपर रखा था उनके दवंगत पित का धुंधला पड़ चुका एक छोटा-सा छायािच्ቔ । शाखा के बाहर लगी पका पर िलखा था— "वास ह हमार सबसे ब पूँजी है।" उन् हने उस वाक् य को पढ़ा , एक ्ቌ ण ठठक और धीमे-धीमे भीतर चली आईं । शाखा हमेशा क तरह ्ቤस् त थी। कोई कसान फसल ऋण क जानकारी ले रहा था, कोई युवती अपना पहला वेतन जमा कराने आई थी, तो कह एक ्ቤ ा पारी िडिजटल बकंग क सुिवधा के बारे म पूछ रहा था। हर मेज़ पर काम था, हरस् न पर अंक बदल रहे थे। परंतु उस भीड़ के बीच भी सािव्ቔी देवी का अकेलापन कसी सूनी दोपहर क तरह स् प्ቖ दखाई दे रहा था । वे कई बार कसी काउंटर तक जात, फर लौट आत। शब्द जैसे उनके हठ तक आते-आते ठहर जाते । तभी ाहक सेवा अिधकारी आराधना क नज़र उन पर पड़ ी । वह अपनी सीट से उठ, पास आईं और सहज मुस् कान के साथ बोल— "माँजी... आइए, पहले बैठए। बक म जल् दी कवल घ को होती है, इंसान को नह ।" इन शब् द ने जैसे सािव्ቔी देवी के मन का बोझ थोड़ ा हल् का कर दया । उन् हने काँपते हाथ से पोटली खोली । "बेट... मेर पत चले गए। उनक पशन अब मेर नाम आनी थी... पर तीन महने हो गए... हर बार कोई नया कागज़ माँग लया जाता है। गाँव से यहाँ आने म आधा दन लग जाता है। अब तो समझ ह नह आता क कससे कँ..." वाक् य पूरा होने से पहले ही उनक आँख भर आईं। आराधना ने कुछ नह कहा।

பக்க पृ्቗ Page 14 लेख / Article उन् हने केवल ध् यान से सुना। कभी-कभी कसी समस् या का पहला समाधान उ्ቈर देना नह, बिक पूरे मन से सुन लेना होता है। उन् हने दस् तावे को देखा। कंप् यूटर पर खाते का िववरण खोला। संबंिधत िवभाग से संपक कया। थोड़ ी देर बाद कारण सामने था—एक छोटी-सी तकनीक ्ቔु ट, िजसने तीन महीन से एक वृा क रात क नद छीन रखी थी। आराधना ने धीरे से कहा— "अब यह चता आपक नह, हमार है।" इन सात शब् द ने सािव्ቔी देवी के चेहरे पर वह भरोसा लौटा दया, जो कई बार सरकारी द़ቸत र और औपचारक्ቚ याओं क भीड़ म खो जाता है। अगले दो घंटे शाखा के िलए सामान् य र हे, पर आराधना के िलए नह। उन् हने हर औपचारकता स् व यं पूरी करवाई। वर्቗ अिधकारय से बात क। आवश्यक अ नुमोदन िलया। दस् तावे का सत् यापन कराया। िडिजटल ्ቚ णाली म सुधार कराया। बीच-बीच म सािव्ቔी देवी को पानी िपलाती रह, उन् ह आ्ቫस्त कर ती रह। अंततः कंप् यूटर क स् न पर एक संदेश उभरा— "पशन सफलतापूवक जमा क गई।" आराधना ने मुस्क राकर कहा— "माँजी... अब आपको हर महने यह राश समय पर मलती रहगी।" सािव्ቔी देवी कुछ ्ቌ ण िनःशब्द र ह । उन् हने अपनी पासबुक खोली। काँपती उँगिलय से ्ቚ िवि को छुआ। फर अपने पित का पुराना िच्ቔ देखा और बहुत धीमे से बोल— "दखए जी... आपका बक आज भी हमारा अपना है..." आराधना क आँख भी भीग उठ । उस दन शाखा म कोई बड़ा ऋण स् वीकृत नह हु आ था । कोई नया ावसाियक रकॉड भी नह बना था । पर एक वृा अपने साथ यह िव्ቫा स लेकर लौटी थी क बक क इमारत केवल ईं ट और सीमट से नह बनत—वे मनुष् य ता, संवेदना और अपनत्व से भी बनती ह । उस शाम शाखा ्ቚ बंधक ने कमचारय से कहा— "हम ्ቚ तदन लाख रु प ये का लेन-दन करते ह, लेकन याद रखए... ाहक हमार पास धन से अधक अपना वास जमा कराते ह। यद वह वास सुरत लौट गया, तो समझए बकग सफल हु ई।" दन बीतते गए । शाखा म एक नई परंपरा शुरू हु ई । जो भी वर्቗ नागरक शाखा म ्ቚ वेश करता, कोई-न-कोई कमचारी िबना बुलाए उसके पास पहुँ च जाता । जो ाहक िडिजटल बकंग से अपरिचत होता, उसे धैयपूवक मोबाइल बकंग और यू.पी.आई. का ्ቚ िश्ቌण दया जाता ।
