The I Am a Leader Programme supports women to build the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to take up leadership roles and participate in decision-making spaces. Through feminist leadership training and practical learning, women strengthen their public speaking, advocacy, and leadership skills while gaining a deeper understanding of their rights and the barriers they face. The programme is grounded in the belief that women belong in every decision-making space—from communities and workplaces to boardrooms and Parliament.
