Welcome to the fourth edition of The East Edit. Every edition is a portrait of the hotel, and this one celebrates growth, craft, and the arrival of the new season. Look closer, and you'll find the luxury in the everyday moments that unfold within the walls of The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel. This edition takes you through the dream, that’s Le Rêve. What began as a patisserie has grown into something more considered, a space where every detail has been rethought with intention. Monsoon has also found its way into our kitchens, where our chefs have built menus around the season's produce and the comfort it calls for. This edition also takes you into the event spaces that have hosted some of India's most ambitious gatherings, and behind the scenes with our bakery team, whose craft begins in the early hours and shapes the experience of every guest who walks through our doors. The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel has always been more than a venue. It is a destination that holds its own standards close and raises them season after season. We hope this edition reflects that. 2. A TOAST TO DAD A Father’s Day Brunch ST JUNE   : PM  : PM Some occasions deserve more than a card. This Father's Day, Café Knosh welcomed families for an afternoon built around the man of the hour. A curated gourmet buffet, live cooking stations, chef interactions and live entertainment came together to turn a Sunday afternoon into something worth holding onto. The atmosphere was festive, and the thoughtful touches throughout the day made sure Dads felt exactly what they were meant to.

3. SUMMER BY THE POOL A Poolside Sunday Brunch The best Sundays do not start with a plan. They start with a pool, a plate, and music you did not know you needed. This summer, Poolside Sundays at Café Knosh became one of the city's most refreshing ways to spend an afternoon. With a global buffet, live cooking stations, chilled beverages and music by the pool, the afternoons belonged to everybody in families, children and anyone looking for a slower Sunday. 4. Loud and layered with centuries of culinary tradition, Taiwan's food culture made its way to the tables of 32 East this June. Over the course of the festival, guests discovered authentic Taiwanese dishes, street food favourites, live counters and chef-crafted specials, each rooted in the flavours that have made Taiwanese cuisine one of Asia's most celebrated. 5. During the month, the Aujasya Sampoorna Dinner offered an experience rooted in the philosophy of Aujasya, where flavour and function found their place on the same plate. The menu was built around Ayurvedic principles and ingredients. THE AUJASYA SAMPOORNA DINNER An Evening Of Conscious Indulgence We believe that indulgence and nourishment are not opposites; every dish has a component that has a reason to be there. The spices are chosen for what they do to the body, not just how they taste. Each course is considered, the portions intentional, and the progression of the meal is designed so you never leave feeling heavy. The result was a dinner where the food does more work than you realise. Wellness, flavour and function, thoughtfully served.

6. ST TO TH JUNE    PM   PM  PM  TILL MIDNIGHT Forget everything you know about happy hour because the Reverse Happy Hour at Cherry Bar rewrote the rules. Premium pours, handcrafted cocktails, and an atmosphere that shifted effortlessly from early evenings to late nights made every hour feel like the right one. More drinks, more reasons to stay, and the kind of crowd that makes the evening feel like it was planned for exactly this. Some hours are simply worth staying up for. There is a reason pizza and beer have never gone out of fashion. One is crisp at the base, pulling apart at the crust, loaded with exactly what it should be. The other is cold, carbonated, and arrives at the right moment every time. Throughout June, Café Knosh celebrated two of the simplest pleasures around: POURS AND PIZZA The Perfect Pairing handcrafted pizzas that came out of the oven with that particular char that makes the first slice the best one. And perfectly paired brews that were thoughtfully paired to sit alongside the food, not fight it. Comfort dining, done exactly as it should be. 7.

8. TH JUNE   : PM  : PM THE SUNSET CLUB A poolside evening for the whole family An afternoon that belonged entirely to summer. The Poolside Sundowner was all about slow golden hours, lying leisurely by the pool, sipping and splashing the evening away. As the day passed, the poolside came alive with curated spreads for the whole family, live music, and a dedicated buffet and activities for the little ones. For the adults, it was the kind of unhurried afternoon that’s rare. For the kids, it was the best evening of the week.

9. A cup of chai is enough of an excuse to sit down, slow the afternoon, and talk to someone properly. Chai Chatter at Le Rêve takes that instinct and gives it the right setting. 13. FOR THE LOVE OF DIMSUMS A buffet that never runs out TH TO ST JULY How many dimsums are too many? Find out at 32 East. The Limitless Dimsums Buffet is an unending spread of handcrafted dimsums, each one made to order and served hot. Plump prawn dumplings with skins that give way at the first bite. Crystal dumplings packed with finely chopped exotic vegetables in wrappers so delicate they barely exist, and enough variety in between to make every round a different decision. No last call, no choosing just one. Just us serving what we do best, on an endless loop.

THE MONSOON EDIT For The Best View Of The Season At The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, the monsoon season is not simply a change in weather; it is an invitation to experience the hotel in its most intimate, most indulgent form. 15. DISHES TO HAVE THIS SEASON This season, the kitchen has its own edit. Here is what not to miss out on, apart from the view. The Navratan Kebab brings nine ingredients and nine flavours to the table. The Gucchi aur Mushroom ki Galouti is the kind of thing Lucknow has always known how to do, soft, smoky, and best enjoyed with the rains. The Dilli 32 Seekh Kebab is a house favourite for a reason that becomes obvious on the first bite. And the Crispy Vegetable Sushi is exactly what it sounds like, a fusion of flavours that are unexpected. Four dishes, each one worth coming in for.
