(MRHI) 1675-C Merced St., Barangay 683, Zone 74 Dist V, 1007 Paco, NCR, City of Manila, First District, Philippines The Minstrels Rhythm of Hope is a non- profit, non-governmental organization established in 2006 and duly registered, licensed, and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development and Securities and Exchange Commission Phiippines. Nineteen years ago, a group of young ladies decided to reach out to the poor in some depressed areas of Manila and share their skills and talents. Coming themselves from urban poor families and having been helped in different ways by varied sources over the past several years, they have come together to share their best with the least, making their potential available to the poorest of the poor, giving back a little bit of what they have received. This is what makes the nature of this endeavor quite unique. For the past 19 years, we have been serving underprivileged children in Manila by providing access to resources for their development, advancement, and rehabilitation. Our programs include scholarships, skills training, and recreational activities, and we are currently supporting more than 100 beneficiaries. The copyright of this issued 2025 Annual Report belongs to Minstrels Rhythm of Hope, Inc. ABOUT THE COVERMinstrels Rhythm of Hope, Inc. (MRHI) has remained steadfast in its mission to support underprivileged children and youth, empowering them and their families to grow into responsible citizens who contribute meaningfully to their communities and country. The year 2025 marked a period of significant change and transition for our organization. Our manpower was tested, pushing us to innovate, strengthen our strategies, and conduct research to improve our programs. Despite these challenges, we held firm to our mission—providing skills development and essential services for children and youth. This year’s annual report carries the theme “Transcendent.” The word embodies our journey in 2025: surpassing the ordinary, exceeding expectations, and embracing exceptional approaches to program management. Behind this transcendence lies countless hours of planning, research, and strengthened partnerships that enabled us to deliver successful projects and explore new techniques beyond what was once considered ordinary. The cover design reflects this spirit. The chosen color palette—green, yellow, white, and blue—echoes our organizational branding while symbolizing growth, hope, and resilience. Irregular shapes filled with images of our accomplishments represent triumphs over imperfections, while scattered lines signify freedom to explore and innovate. Together, these elements highlight our slogan for 2025: “Embracing Change, Advancing Mission Together.” This captures how, despite challenges in manpower and transitions in leadership, we overcame obstacles through collective effort and unity. Ultimately, the cover encapsulates MRHI’s unwavering commitment to boosting the confidence of children, youth, and young women by providing access to resources for educational rehabilitation, enhancement, and development. It also reflects our continued partnerships with communities and institutions in promoting child-friendly environments and safeguarding children’s rights through shared goals. 01

MESSAGE FROM BOARD OF TRUSTEES PRESIDENT Abigail R. Marquez President, Board of Trustees 03 Embracing Change, Advancing Mission Together As we reflect on 2025, we are filled with profound gratitude and quiet pride. This year was one of transformation. It has been a period that tested our resolve, strengthened our unity, and reaffirmed what we stand for: sharing our best with the least. For nineteen years, Minstrels Rhythm of Hope has remained steadfast in our commitment to underprivileged children in Manila. Through scholarship programs, skills training, and development opportunities, we have touched the lives of over 100 young people, helping them discover their potential and envision brighter futures. This year, despite significant changes and challenges in our leadership and resources, our team demonstrated remarkable resilience. We continued to deliver educational assistance and expanded our skills development programs from our Children's Choir, Theater Group and Youth Leadership initiatives. We hope that this endeavor strengthens the bonds within our beneficiaries and the community they belong to. The accomplishments in this report did not happen by chance. They are the result of countless hours of dedication from our Program Coordinator, Management Team, Program Facilitators, Youth Leaders, and volunteers who embody our mission every single day. To our Board of Trustees and officers, thank you for your unwavering guidance and wisdom. We are equally grateful to our supporters — Mr. and Mrs. Salamon, Emilien Dupuis, Ms. Eva Thurner-Webair, Mr. and Mrs. Tremblay, Mr. Jean Marc Touchette and all our donors whose generosity keeps our programs alive. To our partner organizations, educational institutions, and individuals who have walked alongside us, your collaboration has made all the difference. Yet our work is far from complete. Every child supported is a life transformed; every skill learned is a door opened. As we move forward, we carry with us the lessons learned and the promise we have made to our beneficiaries: that no matter their circumstances, they have a place where they belong, where they can grow, and where their dreams matter. Thank you for believing in our mission. Together, we continue to transcend the ordinary and create lasting change. As we look ahead, we invite more individuals, corporations, and organizations to join us in this vital work. Your partnership — whether through financial support, in-kind contributions, or volunteering, will amplify our impact and enable us to reach more children and youth in need. With deep appreciation, Abigail Marquez President, Board of Trustees Minstrels Rhythm of Hope, Inc.

Dear friends, supporters, and MRHI community, As we present our 2025 Annual Report, we honor the resilience, determination, and courage of every individual who helped mobilize our initiatives, events, partnerships, and collaborations for the benefit of our communities. Despite leadership transitions, funding constraints, and operational challenges, we remained steadfast in sustaining our programs and services by maximizing resources, strengthening coordination with partners, and making sound decisions through board leadership. Above all, we commend our staff, volunteers, and youth leaders whose unwavering commitment carried our organization forward, enabling us to rise beyond challenges, sharpen our vision, and achieve meaningful milestones that reflect both our innovation and resilience. Under the guidance of their program facilitator and musical director, Mr. Angelo Paras, the MRHI Children’s Choir achieved remarkable milestones in 2025. With the support of their audiences and the generosity of companies who invited them to perform during the Annual Christmas Caroling, the choir successfully raised funds that sustained our organization’s programs and services for the coming years. These efforts also provided vital support for our Annual Christmas Gift-Giving and strengthened our Educational Assistance Program, ensuring that more beneficiaries could continue their studies and receive the care they deserve. Likewise, the Minstrels of Hope, led by musical director Mr. Anthony Go Villanueva with the joint guidance of Ms. Kaizen Iquiran, accomplished their Annual Christmas Caroling with great success. Their performances generated sufficient funds to support the organization, sustain the group’s initiatives, and reinforce our ongoing programs. Together, these musical endeavors not only showcased the talent and dedication of our choirs but also demonstrated the power of music in advancing our mission and creating meaningful impact within the communities we serve. We are equally proud to highlight the theater production staged in collaboration with International Teams TENDER, Mr. Rhyan Adrian Ticsay, Mr. Erzaner “Aian” Beninsig, Mr. Danison “Dan” Gatchalian, and Mr. Bryan Murcia, program facilitator of the MRHI Theater Group. Together, they brought to life the Benefit Theater Show titled “SILAY: Isang Musikal, Palimos ng Pag-asa Reimagined”, held at the ARG Theater of De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde Taft Campus in partnership with the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde Center for Social Action. This production not only showcased the artistic talents of our beneficiaries and collaborators but also served as a meaningful platform to raise support for our programs, strengthen community engagement, and reaffirm our commitment to using the arts as a vehicle for hope and transformation. Beyond music and theater, our organization was able to bring joy to our beneficiaries through meaningful partnerships and collaborations. In cooperation with the Rotary Club of Raha Sulayman, Teacher Patty and friends, and enablesGROUP, successful outreach programs were conducted that provided direct support to our communities. We are likewise grateful to Cherry Cares by MSN Foundation, Inc. for choosing our organization as a beneficiary of their Project Twinkle Christmas Party, which brought happiness to our beneficiaries and made their Christmas truly merry and bright. In addition, we successfully carried out our Annual Back-to-School Operation, ensuring that children were equipped and prepared for the academic year ahead. These initiatives stand among the highlights of our achievements in 2025, and we hope you will be inspired by our key accomplishments as you browse through this annual report. To our sponsors, supporters, long-time donors, communities, barangays, institutions, and all who have been part of this journey, we are deeply grateful for your generosity, kindness, and unwavering support. You have been our partners in serving children, youth, and young women—empowering them and helping us mobilize our mission through collective effort and action. Your unwavering support to our initiatives, special events, projects, and fundraising activities has never gone unnoticed. Despite challenges, you remain steadfast in your commitment, resilient in your generosity, and faithful to the mission we share. It is through your encouragement and partnership that we have been able to rise above obstacles, sustain our programs and services, and bring hope to the communities we serve. This process includes evaluating how effectively the programs are being implemented, as well as assessing the performance of program facilitators, assistant facilitators, and staff who play vital roles in program delivery. MRHI THEATER GROUPSKILLS AND DEVELOPMENT SILAY: Isang Musikal (Palimos ng Pag- asa, Reimagined) A Benefit Theater Show A significant accomplishment of the MRHI Theater Group was the staging of their comeback theater production after many years. The group successfully collaborated with Teatro Paglaum and IT Tender’s Adonai Ballet and T.E.C. Dance Group to bring this milestone project to life. The Benefit Theater Show formed part of Minstrels Rhythm of Hope Inc.’s fundraising initiatives, designed to help sustain the organization’s programs and services into the following year. The production was directed by Mr. Bryan Murcia, Program Facilitator of the MRHI Theater Group, and supported by a team of dedicated coaches and artists: Mx. Erzaner “Coach A/Aian” Beninsig, Mx. Danison “Dan” Gatchalian, Mr. Rhyan Adrian Ticsay, Mr. Gabriel Malquisto, Ms. Lezaly Ramos, Ms. Kaizen Iquiran, and Mr. Angelo Paras. Their collective expertise in acting, dancing, singing, and music creation made the production possible. The piece was a reimagining of the original theater show “Palimos ng Pag-asa (Alms of Hope),” a highly acclaimed musical that has touched the hearts of many. The original story sought to raise awareness about the importance of genuine service to children and gave recognition to those who diligently and sincerely care for them. This new production aimed to breathe fresh life into the narrative, bringing hope and inspiration to audiences through powerful performances and compelling storytelling. With the help of remarkable individuals, MRHI chose to adapt the piece into an enhanced version that reflects the realities of contemporary society. With its new title, “Silay: Isang Musikal (Palimos ng Pag-asa, Reimagined),” the story unfolds around the lives of street children in Avenida and the experiences that forced them into life on the streets. Rara, together with her younger brother Remrem and their friends, are captives of the vast and unforgiving avenues. The music of blaring vehicles, the stench of garbage and sewers, and the false comfort found in performing unpleasant tasks— contrary to society’s moral standards—rock them to sleep in the arms of those they believed would care for them. The organization expresses its profound gratitude for the success of this theater production, with special recognition to its long-time partner institution, De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde Center for Social Action, for generously providing the venue. This collaboration stands as a testament to creativity, partnership, and the enduring mission of empowering youth through the arts.approximately200 Estimated total number of audience who watched the show on December 13, 2025 with astounding feedbacks from former clients of the organization who have been 25

MRHI extends its sincerest gratitude to Cherry Cares, especially to the volunteers, for choosing the organization once again—this being the third time—as the beneficiary of their Christmas party. Their generosity and commitment truly brought hope and happiness to the children and youth served by MRHI. The organization looks forward to future collaborations, confident that there will always be room for more opportunities to spread joy and strengthen community bonds. 48

PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONCherry Cares’ Project Twinkle Christmas Party MRHI successfully collaborated once again with Cherry Cares by MSN Foundation Inc., the corporate foundation of Cherry Philippines. For three consecutive years, Cherry Cares has chosen MRHI as a partner, bringing joy and making the season of giving even more special for the children. This year, beneficiaries ages 6–12 gathered for an unforgettable Christmas celebration as part of Cherry Cares’ “Project Twinkle.” The party was filled with smiles and laughter as the children played a variety of games with prizes, including “Hep! Hep! Hooray!”, “Trip to Jerusalem”, “Stop Dance with a Twist”, “Bring Me!”, and “Longest Breath.” They truly enjoyed every activity prepared for them. To conclude the celebration, Cherry Cares distributed food and handed out “Twinkle” keychains to the children. The event was merry and bright, making December truly memorable for MRHI’s young beneficiaries. 49
