Reading and understanding different types of texts are essential skills that learners need to develop as they progress in their education. Being able to identify how information is organized helps learners understand the meaning, purpose, and important details of a text. Among the text structures that learners encounter are enumeration-description, chronological order, and procedural order, which organize information in different ways. To support learners in developing these skills, the E-Module RISE (Positive Reinforcement, Inquiry, Scaffolding, and Community-Based Examples) was developed as an interactive and learner-centered instructional material. The module provides guided activities, familiar community-based examples, signal words, and meaningful learning tasks to help learners identify and distinguish different text types. Through gradual scaffolding and active participation, the module aims to make learning more engaging, accessible, and relevant to learners' everyday experiences. INTRODUCTION
