It is a look at how your space will feel when your guest walks in on the first day in December, when your guests come through the front door, and when the photographs get taken that you will still be looking at in twenty years. Everything in this proposal was designed for your space, your architecture, and the way you actually operate in your space during the holidays. Nothing here came off a shelf. Take your time with it. Mark what you love. Tell me what you want pushed further. Then let’s get your installation on the calendar before the season fills.

Materials are ordered and held for your install date.04INSTALLATIONOur team installs on your scheduled date. Our installs are calculated by the height of your tree, in store shopping+tree + additional time for decor in other areas of your space 4 to 5 hour(s). We arrive with everything and leave your space clean.

P L E A S E R E A D About the images in this proposal The photographs and renderings that follow are here to communicate direction: mood, color, texture, and scale. They are inspirational references. They are not a literal inventory of what will be installed in your space. Here is why that matters. Holiday product is seasonal and inventory moves fast. A ribbon, an ornament, or a stem shown here may sell out between the day you approve this design and the day we install. When that happens we substitute with a material of equal or better quality that holds the same color story and the same visual weight. You will not get a downgrade. You may get something slightly different. Your space is its own variable too. Ceiling height, mantel depth, banister width, natural light, and your existing furnishings all shape how a design lands in a real room. The final installation is designed to your space, which means proportions will shift from what you see in a reference image. What we guarantee is the design direction: the palette, the materials, the level of finish, and the overall feeling of the spaces shown. What we do not guarantee is exact replication of any single reference image. If there is one specific element in this proposal that you feel strongly about, tell us now and we will source it and hold it for you before we begin.

The terms,in plain languageWe believe in a clear process and a seamless experience. Here’s what you need to know as we move forward together.D E P O S I T A N D D A T E S Your installation date is reserved when the Retainer deposit is received, not when the proposal is approved. Dates are subject to availability.S U B S T I T U T I O N S As covered earlier in this proposal, seasonal inventory changes. We reserve the right to substitute at equal or better quality within the approved design direction. Changes requested after sourcing begins may incur additional costs and could affect your installation date. All change requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Retainers are non-refundable. If cancelled within [12] days before the installation date, additional fees may apply to cover purchased materials and staffing. You are responsible for client-caused damage during the season. Normal wear and tear is expected. Our team will handle all care, maintenance, and safe removal of installations. Our team will be granted access to the home on the agreed upon install and takedown days.
