In line with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020), our school continues to reimagine education as a holistic, multidisciplinary, and skill-oriented journey. We are committed to nurturing critical thinking, creativity, digital literacy, and problem-solving skills, while also fostering emotional intelligence, ethics, and empathy. Our aim is not just to prepare students for examinations but to empower them for life itself. At the heart of our philosophy lies a child-centric approach. We believe that every learner deserves a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where curiosity is encouraged, individuality is respected, and growth is celebrated. By ensuring physical safety, emotional well-being, and a culture of respect, we create a secure foundation on which children can confidently explore their potential and thrive. Ours is a school that remains firmly rooted in integrity, discipline, and respect, even as it embraces cutting-edge learning tools, research- driven pedagogy, and global perspectives. Dear Students, Parents and Educators, In today's fast-paced world, we are surrounded by distractions — endless notifications, fleeting amusements, and constant diversions pulling us in every direction. Yet, amidst this noise, one truth remains unshakable: our future is determined not by the distractions around us, but by the focus within us. For are students. Focus is your greatest strength. Like the rays of the sun, scattered light gives warmth, but when concentrated through a magnifying glass, it ignites a flame. In the same way, your attention, when harnessed with clarity and discipline, has the power to ignite success and shape your destiny. For our parents. Tour role is to nurture this focus. In a world of screens and temptations, your guidance and consistent encouragement become the compass that keeps children aligned with their goals. By modeling balance, patience, and purposeful living, you gift them the foundation they need to rise above distractions. For our educators. We carry the responsibility of inspiring young minds to stay rooted in resilience and curiosity. Beyond teaching lessons, we must cultivate classrooms that channel attention, creativity, and perseverance. Our role is to be the steady anchor in a world of scattered attention. Let us also remember that focus is not merely the art of exclusion but the celebration of purpose. It is the quiet strength that transforms ordinary moments into extraordinary achievements. When guided by passion and integrity, focus becomes the force that fuels innovation, excellence, and character. Let our schools be sanctuaries where curiosity thrives, diligence deepens, and dreams take flight. For in the symphony of education, focus is the note that harmonises intellect with inspiration, and effort with enlightenment. Together, as a community of learners, mentors and guardians, we can empower the next generation to direct their focus toward what truly matters. For indeed, where focus is anchored, growth flourishes — and with the right focus, there is no summit beyond reach. With warm regards Dr. Gurkiran Jeet Nalwa EDUCATIONAL ADVISOR'S INSIGHT “Where your focus goes, your energy flows - and where energy flows, excellence grows.” “Learning is the only thing the mind never exhausts, never fears and never regrets.”2
FROM THE PRINCIPAL'S DESK “The mind is everything. What you think you become.”–Buddha Lord Dear Parents, Students and Educators, In an age filled with distractions, mindfulness and watchfulness have become essential qualities for growth. Mindfulness teaches us to live in the present moment with calm awareness, while watchfulness helps us stay alert to our thoughts, words, and actions. Together, they create a balance that nurtures emotional strength, academic focus, and personal well-being. Practicing mindfulness enhances concentration, reduces stress, and builds resilience in the face of challenges. Parents, encouraging children to slow down, reflect, and act mindfully helps them grow into thoughtful and responsible individuals. Education, after all, is not only about intellectual achievement but also about nurturing awareness, empathy, and self-control. Let us all strive to create a mindful community where learning is deeper, relationships are stronger, and life is lived with purpose and clarity. “Mindfulness is the gateway to the full richness of life.”–JonKabat-Zinn Warm Regards Ms. Bhupinder Kaur “Genius is one percent inspiration, ninety-nine percent perspiration.” 3
