Our 8th wedding anniversary, your 40th birthday, and today we celebrate ten years together… Jason, It’s time to sit back, read your ForeTees magazine, have a drink in the glasses we got on our honeymoon in Murano, Italy, and enjoy! We’ll check into Queen’s Landing Hotel and have some time to explore Niagara-on-the-Lake before dinner at Revé. Considered one of the best new restaurants, Revé is already receiving a lot of recognition as the next Michelin-star contender. The farm-to-fire tasting experience is rooted in Chef Adriano Cappuzzello’s Italian heritage, giving us a little connection to our honeymoon on the first night of our trip. III

With two Michelin Stars, a Michelin Green Star, the #1 spot on Canada’s 100 Best for two years in a row, and a #3 ranking on North America’s 50 Best, this feels like the perfect place to honor these milestones. After lunch, we’ll head to Toronto and check into The Ritz- Carlton Toronto for our last two nights in Canada. We have no plans for the rest of the evening, so we can see where the night takes us. V

We have a dinner reservation at Quetzal, the only Mexican restaurant with a Michelin Star in Canada. It’s in Little Italy, kind of like our honeymoon. The food, tequila, mezcal, and sitting together at the Chef’s Counter in front of the open-fire kitchen will be a fun way to bring back memories of us in our happy place, Punta Mita, celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary at the #8 spot on North America’s 50 Best Restaurants, and enjoy our last night in Canada.
