PIPELINE FABRICATION UPI invests in state-of-the-art welding equipment to deliver high-quality fabrication solutions for carbon steel, stainless steel, and exotic-alloy piping. Our submerged arc welding bays accommodate pipe up to 60 inches in diameter, with capabili- ties for both large- and small-bore projects. Our climate-controlled fabrication shop provides dependable, year-round production—helping keep projects on schedule regardless of weather. We specialize in welding to ASME and API pipeline codes and can provide weld engineering and procedure qualifications, including low-temperature procedures qualified to -50°F. Whether you provide fabrication drawings or need support with drafting, field layout, 3D scanning, or complex tie-ins, our team can tailor a solution to your project. We specialize in challeng- ing three- and four-point tie-ins, creating precision-fit spools that minimize stress on existing piping. From small projects to complex fabrication packages, UPI’s experienced pipefitters bring skill, flexibility, and attention to detail to every job. As experts in the industry, we have invested in state-of-the-art Pural Component Spray Systems. Providing the ability to spray multiple pipeline coatings. Our equipment is specialized and complex, mixing the components of the coating within the equipment or at the spray gun. The coating is laid on the pipe evenly and consistently providing greater durability, adhesion, and appearance. An advantage that is second to none.
