jainvidyaashram.edu.in 044 2659 0111 Puzhal, Chennai Students Election and Investiture CeremonyINVESTITURE CEREMONY 2026–2027 The Investiture Ceremony 2026–27 marked a proud milestone in fostering responsible and visionary student leadership. Prior to the ceremony, a democratic election was conducted to elect the School Pupil Leader (SPL) and Assistant School Pupil Leader (ASPL), with the motto "Your Vote, Your Voice, Your Leader", encouraging students to uphold the values of democracy and responsible citizenship. Held on 20th June 2026 in the august presence of Correspondent Shri Padam Kumar Tatia, the ceremony commenced with a prayer and School Flag Hoisting, followed by the oath-taking of the newly elected student council. Inspiring addresses by the Principal and Academic Director urged the young leaders to lead with integrity, discipline, confidence, and a deep sense of responsibility. The ceremony concluded with the Vote of Thanks and the National Anthem, heralding the beginning of a purposeful journey of service and exemplary leadership. 20 JUNE, 2026

NCC CHAMPION CADETSThe Annual Training Camp (ATC) at Air Force Station, Tambaram, from 12th to 21st June 2026, witnessed the spirited participation of 25 NCC cadets from Grade IX. Empowered by the encouragement of the Correspondent and the Principal, the cadets exemplified discipline, resilience, and unwavering commitment throughout the camp. A SAGA OF VALOUR AND DISTINCTION A defining moment of pride was their impeccable First Aid demonstration before an audience of over 600 participants during the NDRF session. Their exceptional performance culminated in a spectacular tally of 32 medals—17 Gold, 6 Silver, and 9 Bronze —bringing immense honour to the institution..The contingent's resounding success was a reflection of the exemplary guidance and tireless efforts of Second Officer Mrs. Vasanthi D., Associate NCC Officer. The inauguration marked the beginning of a meaningful initiative, inspiring students to embrace empathy, kindness, and social responsibility in their everyday lives. Through compelling artwork, thought-provoking slogans, and evocative poems, participants highlighted the need to eradicate child labour and uphold every child's right to learn, dream, and thrive. The activities nurtured empathy, social consciousness, and responsible citizenship, leaving a lasting impact on young minds. INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY CELEBRATIONINTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY CELEBRATIONINTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY CELEBRATION In celebration of International Yoga Day on 21 June 2026, students came together to embrace the transformative essence of yoga under the theme "Yoga for Healthy Ageing." The programme featured an insightful address on the significance of yoga, a remarkable advanced yoga demonstration by selected students, and guided sessions of asanas, pranayama, and meditation. The celebration inspired participants to cultivate discipline, inner peace, and physical well- being, while reaffirming yoga as a timeless practice that nurtures a healthy body, a balanced mind, and a harmonious life. From advanced yoga demonstrations and endurance-based asanas to elocution, literary, and quiz contests on yogic concepts, students participated with great enthusiasm. Outstanding performers were selected, and certificates will be presented during their respective class assemblies. The Namasthe Yoga Club organised a series of class-wise competitions, showcasing students' talent, discipline, and understanding of yoga.
