Eligibility & Participation: LifeVantage can award a total of 90 qualifiers. If there are more than 90 total qualifiers, Consultants/Distributors will be prioritized by the highest points earned, followed by when the points were earned. This incentive program is available exclusively to Independent Consultants/Distributors in Taiwan and Thailand. To be considered a qualifier, Consultants/Distributors must meet all of the following requirements during the qualification period: Earn at least 100 points, and be Paid-as SC3/Pro 3 (PRO 3 - 5,000 GSV) Rank or above at least once during the incentive period Maintain Active status every month Remain in good standing and eligible to receive commissions up to the travel departure month Awards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions or exchanges will be offered. Awards are valid only for the main applicant or co-applicant listed on the Consultant/Distributor account. To be eligible as a co-applicant traveler, the co-applicant's name must be added in the LifeVantage back-office at least 30 days before the end of the qualification period. Joint accounts created after the qualification period will not be accepted for eligibility. New Consultants/Distributors are defined as being within their first calendar month with LifeVantage. Subscription sales made to personally enrolled Consultants/Distributors and Customers outside of their enrollment month will count towards retain points. This incentive cannot be combined with other promotions, and no alternative products or cash equivalents may be requested. No organizational manipulation (“stacking”). Stacking is defined as placing a personally enrolled Consultant/Distributor under another personally enrolled Consultant/Distributor on the same placement line to use the same volume source to qualify multiple Consultants/Distributors simultaneously. Any stacked volume will be removed and may result in disqualification. Orders may not be placed or paid for by sponsors or upline members. Orders that are returned will not count towards the bonus calculation. Due to limited space, Consultants/Distributors acknowledge that reaching the point threshold does not automatically guarantee a final travel seat. Final qualifier status will be confirmed by LifeVantage after eligibility verification, review processes, and capacity allocation. TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS & CONDITIONS If any newly enrolled Consultants/Distributors or Customers within the organization withdraws membership, requests transfer of sponsorship, is terminated, or suspended, LifeVantage may revoke all qualification points associated with that account. TOP 10 qualifier(s) may bring one guest; the guest must not be an existing Consultant/Distributor and must not have held an inactive LifeVantage account within the past 6 months. If a qualifier is unable to attend for any personal reason (including, but not limited to, passport/visa/vaccination matters), it is considered a forfeiture of the award. No transfers, refunds, cash redemption, substitutions, or compensation will be provided. All qualifiers are subject to a Sales and Compliance review prior to receiving the award. Any non-cash compensation received by a Consultant/Distributor from LifeVantage as incentive compensation are taxable in the amount of the actual trip cost. These include, but are not limited to, incentive trips, gift cards, and tangible property. Any obligation to remit taxes on these amounts are the responsibility of the Consultant/Distributor. Hotel, Flight and Travel Documentation: Qualifiers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including (where applicable) passport, visa, entry approvals, and other necessary permits. If a passport renewal is required, the qualifier must provide updated passport details during the registration period; failure to provide these details within the registration timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the qualification. Airfare booking: Round-trip airfare is not included as part of the incentive award. Qualifiers must depart from and return to their local market within the designated travel dates, and pre-pay airfare prior to departure, as instructed by LifeVantage. For Taiwan under local tax regulations, incentive awards may be treated as annual earned income and may be subject to withholding, including 10% withholding tax + 2.11% NHI surcharge, and will be reported accordingly. Local transportation is not included unless explicitly stated in the registration page of the incentive inclusions. Hotel accommodations will be arranged by LifeVantage. Rooms will be on a twin-sharing basis, and rooming allocations will be coordinated by the local market sales team. LifeVantage reserves the right to change the incentive at any time, interpret the rules of the incentive, and has final decision in the event of a dispute regarding the qualification requirements and inclusions.
