HAPPY 30TH GEEB! I’m so proud of you and everything you have achieved. To think that a small-town Geeb is now learning Japanese before embarking on the wildest adventure to the East for 5 whole years with the Foreign Office. Crazy that! I’m so grateful to have you by my side. You are such a wonderful husband. Thank you for loving me at my worst (of which there’s plenty) and my best (which hopefully makes up for it). I hope you haven’t regretted marrying me yet! I look forward to many more happy, exciting adventures in the future with you. Located in the Saint- Émilion region of Bordeaux, a stunning medieval village and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Click here to view the welcome booklet. FLIGHTS Fly into Bordeaux Aéroport. The estate is about 64km, roughly a 1 hour drive from the airport. ARRIVAL PROTOCOL Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on Friday. If you are arriving at Bordeaux Aéroport, let’s coordinate our flight times in the group chat so we can consolidate transport to the estate. COMMUNICATION We will be using the central WhatsApp group for all live updates, shuttle coordination, and sharing photos throughout the weekend.

This secures your spot in one of the bedrooms at the estate. You are responsible for booking your own flights (~£200 return). ON-THE-GROUND EXPENSES Let's avoid the headache of splitting every little receipt! On arrival, everyone chip in £50 to a shared funds to cover daily house provisions like fresh bread, milk, snacks. If the bowl runs dry, we'll just do a quick top-up to keep the good times rolling. You’ll be covering your own tab for off-site lunches and dinners, personal excursions, etc. THE BIRTHDAY TAX It is customary and nice for us to split the birthday boy’s portion. Joey insisted we do not do this. These figures were calculated to keep things as fair and balanced as possible. If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to DM me.
