It serves as a idea or information as to what other unique organism mutations we might be yet to discover in marine aquatic life. I have observed a Hammerhead Shark's unique external structure The distinctive flattened, hammer- shaped head (called a cephalofoil) isn't just for show—it serves two major evolutionary purposes: a wide field of vision and electroreception S a l f o r d & C o . Oceans host over 230,000 known species • Coral reefs: "Rainforests of the sea."From tiny plankton to the blue whale, the largest animal on Earth. It is important to know these because it is one of the major habitats of marine life such as fishes that we catch! Coral reefs rely on a mutualistic symbiosis where corals provide shelter for microscopic algae, which in turn supply them with food through photosynthesis. This delicate relationship is vulnerable to climate change, as rising ocean temperatures cause corals to expel their algae, leading to coral bleaching and habitat loss. These microplastics potentially affects marine life and habitats with catastrophic results which also affects us humans later.I have learned that human activities for the past several decades, if not a few centuries back, have caused thousands, if not millions, of microplastics to be present and spread. It is important to keep track of what we do and how our activities affect our ecosystem that we might fix it and avoid devastating lasting effectsPhoto #3: Microplastics Issues

There are quite a fee species of marine animals found only in the Philippines. Knowing these helps us to know more about our nation's specific marine ecosystems. These are endemic species, which evolve unique traits to survive in isolated Philippine habitats, making them vulnerable to extinction if their specific environment is destroyed. •What did the Aquadome experience teach you about the importance of Philippine seas? •What deep-sea adaptation or phenomenon fascinated you the most? Explain. •What human activity poses a significant threat to marine ecosystems? •What can I do to contribute to marine conservation?

• My personal experience overall of the entire exhibition was that of how important must it be to take good care of our nation's waters. • The things that I witnessed and was fascinated of was the entire film that revealed how diverse and large marine ecosystems are. • The past actions of improper ways to hunt fish such as dynamite fishing or throwing garbage into the sea which kills a lot of the oceans and seas' habitats for fishes. • To teach the next generation of learners and to spread awareness to my peers and community about responsibility of how our waters are being acted on.

Junior High School Challenge 💡 One issue is how a lot of mankind use our waters and marine ecosystems irresponsibly and unaware of the dangers of doing so continuously. To solve that, we have to consistently educate every next generation of learners about our water systems about it's uses and how we can treat it properly and responsibly.

MY COMMITMENT TO PHILIPPINE SEAS •Before the Aquadome, I thought... it was in a good state of habitat •After the Aquadome, I realized... it is a heavily endangered ecosystem. •One thing I will do to help protect Philippine seas is... to encourage others to use our waters responsibly and educate learners about marine life diversity. •My message to others is... to use our oceans responsibly.
