Restrictions on active solicitation outside an assigned territory apply only when expressly stated in the governing agreement and permitted by applicable law. Unsolicited inquiries and passive sales must be handled in accordance with applicable competition law and may not be prohibited where the law protects them. Partners should notify HOUSE OF CASTELLO® of cross-territory opportunities for lawful coordination. Notification does not require a partner to refuse a sale where doing so would be unlawful. Any assignment, shared arrangement, account ownership, or referral compensation is governed solely by the applicable agreement. Global accounts and cross-border opportunities are assigned and coordinated by HOUSE OF CASTELLO®. An inbound inquiry is not automatically a violation.
