This document is a Holy Rosary guide produced by the Immaculate Conception Quasi-Parish (ICOP) Tiguma in Pagadian City, Philippines. It is dedicated to the GSK-Birhen sa Fatima (Our Lady of Fatima) and is intended for use by families and communities during the month of the Holy Rosary. The guide includes prayers in both English and Cebuano (Bisaya).

The guide opens with a dedication to the Blessed Virgin Mary and a prayer for the family (Pasiunang Pag-ampo / Tagbalay). This is followed by an offering to Mary (Paghalad Kang Maria) that asks for the Holy Spirit's guidance and consecrates the family to Jesus through Mary. The leader recites this section.

A third introductory prayer asks for peace in the world, especially in Mindanao, and for the conversion of sinners, those involved in drugs, and for vocations to the priesthood and religious life. The guide then presents the full text of the Nicene Creed and lists the four sets of Rosary mysteries: Joyful (Monday & Saturday), Sorrowful (Tuesday & Friday), Glorious (Wednesday & Sunday), and Luminous (Thursday).

For each of the five decades, a specific petition is provided in Cebuano: for family unity, for peace in the community and the city of Pagadian, for the sick and dying, for farmers, fishermen and honest workers, and for the Pope, bishops and priests. The standard prayers of the Rosary are then printed in full: the Lord's Prayer, Hail Mary, Glory Be, Fatima Prayer, and Hail Holy Queen.

The guide includes the complete Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary, followed by a closing prayer. The final section (Panamilit sa Dili Pa Dad-on ang Birhen sa Pikas Balay) is a farewell prayer recited when the image of Mary is passed to another home. Two songs are included: 'O Maria, Reyna sa Pilipinas' and 'Immaculate Mother', along with the chorus of 'Our Lady of Fatima'.
