SECURITY Training As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety and well- being of our residents, our Security Team conducts weekly hands-on training on the proper use of the Evacuation Chair and Spine Board. Weekly Safety & Security Training: Rescue Procedures OUR GOAL A well-trained team. A prepared community. Everyone goes home safe. 1. Evacuation Chair Drill Hands-on practice on the safe descent of individuals using the Evacuation Chair. 2. Fire Response Refresher Reinforcing basic fire response skills, including proper use of equipment. 3. Spine Board Practice Simulated immobilization and lifting techniques for safe transport. 4. Safety Briefing & Review Discussion of key learnings, reminders, and continuous improvement.

Fire & Life Safety Inspection To ensure compliance with applicable fire safety codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. The inspection aims to identify deficiencies, verify system functionality, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe environment for residents, tenants, and building occupants ENGINEERING Fire & Life Safety Inspection Units Inspected: 26% Common Findings: • Loose Panel Board Connections • Missing Baffle • Debris observed in drainage

Energy Conservation Program • Shut off of 1 Elevators per Tower – switched off during non - peak hours from 10PM to 6AM . • Aircon Operation and Temperature Adjustment – maintain temperature setting at 24 ° C and implement a scheduled shutdown from 6PM to 6AM , with 50% of the AC units per area switched off. • Generator Load Testing Adjustment – reducing the no - load test duration to 5 minutes and conducting the load test on a semi - annual basis for 30 minutes. • Amenity & Lobby Lightings Operation Adjustment - Amenity area lighting to operate from 6PM to 3AM and lobby lighting operation by keeping only 1 switch active from 1PM to 5AM. Earth Hour A sustainability initiative that encourages staff and residents to switch off non- essential lights and electrical equipment for one hour to promote energy conservation, raise environmental awareness, and support global efforts to address climate change. Basement Entrance Gutter Improvement It was implemented to enhance the functionality, durability, and appearance of the basement entrance. The improvements were also implemented to promote a safer environment for all building occupants to minimize potential tripping hazards. ENGINEERING Common Area Improvements

Master Keying Implementation of a master key system for Back-of-House (BOH) areas to improve access control, enhance security, and enable authorized personnel to efficiently access critical service room during daily operations and emergency situations. The activity was conducted by the in-house maintenance team, resulting in an estimated cost avoidance of Php 39,000.00 for all towers. ENGINEERING Common Area Improvements

Mother's Day Celebration (Karaoke & Dance Night) 25 Participants Thanks for organizing the Mothers’ Day Karaoke & Dance Event. It was a wonderful opportunity for owners and residents to come together, connect, and strengthen our sense of community. As a member of several condominium corporations and homeowners’ associations, I can honestly say that I have never felt more at home than I do in Viento. Residents must collect parcels within 24 hours of notification; unclaimed parcels may be subject to penalties. 3. Bulky or oversized parcels must be collected promptly and may not be accommodated in the parcel storage area. 4. Management/Security shall exercise reasonable care but shall not be responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond its control.
