I first asked one of the staff, but they were not sure what I’m talking about, so they directed me to the barangay secretary. I politely asked if I could get a copy of the project development plan, but the secretary said that they could not provide one because, according to them, it was confidential and needed approval before it could be released. They advised me to refer to the Annual Project Plan posted on the barangay bulletin board instead.Through this visit, I learned more about how my barangay handles requests for public documents. I also learned from our class that development plans should help promote transparency because the community has the right to know about barangay projects and how public funds are being used. I try to focus on what I can do instead of worrying about everything I still have to finish. I believe that doing my best is more important than trying to be perfect. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I take a short break, rest, or simply give myself time to breathe before continuing my tasks.When I am mentally stressed and feel like I cannot handle it anymore, I allow myself to cry because it helps me release the emotions I have been keeping inside. After that, I pray and talk to God about everything that is on my mind. I tell Him my worries, fears, and struggles, and I ask Him for strength and guidance. Through prayer, I find comfort and peace, and it reminds me that I am not facing my problems alone. Everyone contributed their own ideas, which helped us understand the topic from different perspectives.This activity made me realize that community issues are not just problems for the officials to solve. Everyone has a role in helping make the community better. Rapid population growth can affect resources, housing, transportation, education, and other basic needs, so it is important for people to be aware of its effects. The rain has affected some of my plans, especially when I need to travel for school, but I’m just trying to adjust and stay safe. I’m thankful that my family and I are okay and that we have a safe place to stay. It also reminded me to be more aware of other people who are having a harder time because of the weather.For my community participation, I try to help in simple ways whenever I can. I help with things at home, share what I can with others, and check on people around me when the weather gets worse. I believe that helping the community doesn’t always require a big action. Even small efforts and showing concern for others can already make a difference.

SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Strengths and weaknesses are internal factors, while opportunities and threats are external factors. For me, SWOT Analysis is helpful because it allows us to identify what we are good at, what we need to improve, what opportunities we can take, and what possible problems we may face.My reaction to this lesson is that SWOT Analysis can help us make better decisions and plans. I realized that before starting a project, we should first understand our strengths and weaknesses and also look at the opportunities and threats around us. It can also be applied not only in businesses but in community projects and even in our personal lives. Overall, I learned that SWOT Analysis helps us become more prepared because it gives us a clearer view of the situation before making important decisions.
