Before you read a single tip in this guide, I want you to take a deep breath and hear this: You are not broken. You do not need to be fixed. You are not doing life wrong. What you ARE is a woman who feels the quiet pull toward something more—a version of herself who feels lighter, more radiant, more alive. And that pull? That is not vanity. That is not superficiality. That is your soul asking you to finally show up for yourself the way you have always shown up for everyone else. I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and feel disconnected from the woman staring back. I know what it feels like to be exhausted, scattered, and unsure of who you are becoming. I know what it feels like to scroll through Instagram and wonder why you cannot seem to get it together — your skin, your body, your habits, your mindset. But here is what took me years to understand: a glow up is never just about the outside. The women who truly glow— who walk into a room and make people stop—they have done the inner work. They have built habits that honor their bodies. They have cleared the mental clutter. They have decided, quietly and powerfully, that they are worth the effort. A LETTER TO YOU, BEAUTIFUL

This guide is the exact 30-day roadmap I wish someone had handed me. It is not about perfection. It is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more deeply, beautifully YOU—with better skin, stronger habits, a clearer mind, and the kind of quiet confidence that no filter can fake. Over the next 30 days, you will move through four powerful phases: Week 1 — RESET: Clear what is no longer serving you Week 2 — BUILD: Stack the habits that create real results Week 3 — ELEVATE: Step into your style, presence, and power Week 4 — BECOME: Lock in the mindset of the woman you are becoming Each week builds on the last. Each day is intentional. Each page of this guide was written with you specifically in mind— the woman who is tired of "almost" and ready for "actually." You do not need to be perfect. You need to be consistent. You need to be kind to yourself on the hard days. And you need to remember, on the days it feels impossible, that the woman you want to become is already inside you. We are simply giving her permission to step forward. This is your time. Not next Monday. Not after the holidays. Not when life calms down.

Now. Today. You. Let us begin. With so much love and belief in you, Your Glow Up Guide "She is not starting over. She is starting from experience."

This guide is designed to be lived in, not just read. Here is how to get the most out of every single page: Step 1—Read the full guide first Before Day 1 begins, spend 30 minutes reading through the entire guide. You want a map of where you are going before you start the journey. Do not skip this. Knowing what is ahead will keep you motivated when Week 3 feels challenging. Step 2—Complete your starting snapshot. On the next page, you will rate yourself across five pillars. Be honest. There is no judgment here — only a starting point. These numbers are not your worth. They are simply your baseline, and baselines exist only to be exceeded. Step 3—Follow the guide day by day Each day in this guide has a primary focus. Do not try to do everything at once. Trust the process. The guide is cumulative—each habit builds on the previous one, and by Day 30, you will not believe how much has shifted. HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE

Step 4—Use the journal prompts The journaling sections are not optional extras. They are the most transformative parts of this entire guide. The women who see the biggest glow-ups are the ones who do the inner work alongside the outer work. Give yourself 10 quiet minutes each time you see a journal prompt. Step 5 — Track your progress daily Use the 30-Day Daily Tracker at the back of this guide. Check off your habits every evening. Tracking is one of the most well-supported tools for building consistency—do not underestimate the power of a simple checkmark. Step 6—Be gentle with yourself You will miss a day. You will have an off week. This is part of every transformation story ever written. The rule is simple: never miss two days in a row. One missed day is a pause. Two missed days suggest a pattern. Please get back on track immediately, without self-criticism or drama. "Progress, not perfection. Always."

Rate yourself honestly from 1 to 10 in each pillar below. A "1" means you feel this area needs serious attention. A 10 means you feel amazing here. There are no wrong answers — only honest ones. The one thing I most want to change about my life right now: The woman I want to be by Day 30: "Keep this page. On Day 30, you will return here — and you will not recognize how far you have come."

Welcome to the beginning of your transformation. Week 1 is entirely about resetting — and I know that word can feel vague, so let me be specific about what that means here. Resetting means removing the things that have been quietly working against your glow. The junk in your skincare routine. The habits that are keeping your energy low. The social media environment that leaves you feeling less than. The mental noise that drowns out your intuition. Before you can build something beautiful, you need a clean foundation. That is exactly what this week provides. You may not see dramatic results by day 7—and that is completely normal. What you will feel is cleaner, calmer, and more intentional. That internal shift is the most important signal that the glow up has already begun. This week is about removing, simplifying, and preparing. Trust the process even when it feels quiet. ✦ WEEK 1 ✦ RESET Week 1 Overview

Your skin is the body's largest organ, and it carries the weight of everything — stress, poor sleep, processed food, environmental pollution, and years of accumulated product buildup. Before we can make your skin truly glow, we need to give it a complete reset. Days 1–2: Skin Detox Reset The Double Cleansing Method Double cleansing is the single most impactful skincare habit you can adopt immediately. It is the foundation of the Korean skincare philosophy that produces some of the most luminous skin in the world—and it takes under three minutes. Step 1 — Oil Cleanser: Apply a cleansing oil or micellar water to dry skin and gently massage in circular motions for 60 seconds. This breaks down makeup, sunscreen, and oil- based impurities that water cannot reach. Rinse with lukewarm water. Step 2 — Water-Based Cleanser: Follow immediately with a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser. Look for ingredients like ceramides, hyaluronic acid, or aloe vera. Massage for 60 seconds and rinse thoroughly with cool water. Cool water helps close pores and reduce puffiness.

Do this every evening without exception. In the morning, a simple rinse with cool water or a gentle cleanser is sufficient —over-cleansing strips the natural oils your skin produced overnight. The Touching Rule This one is difficult, and it will make an enormous difference: stop touching your face. The average person touches their face 16 times per hour. Each touch transfers bacteria, oils, and environmental pollutants directly onto the skin. For the next 30 days, become conscious of every time your hands move toward your face. Reducing this habit can help calm breakouts over time, especially alongside a consistent cleansing routine. Additionally, change your pillowcase every three to four days. Your pillowcase absorbs product, oil, and dead skin cells each night and deposits them back onto your face the next evening. A clean pillowcase is one of the most underrated skincare secrets.

3-Ingredient Glow Mask (Do This on Day 2) Mix: 1 tablespoon raw honey (antibacterial, hydrating); 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (brightening, anti-inflammatory); 1 teaspoon plain Greek yogurt (lactic acid, gentle exfoliation). Apply to clean skin, leave for 15 minutes, and rinse with cool water. Your skin will immediately look brighter and feel softer. Use this mask twice per week throughout your glow-up journey. How does my skin make me feel right now? What would I love my skin to feel like by Day 30? Your body is constantly working to keep you alive, energized, and functional — often with far less support than it deserves. Days 3 and 4 are about giving your body the resources it needs to begin glowing from the inside out. Days 3–4: Body Reset

The 64oz Water Challenge Drinking enough water daily — a common guideline is around 64 ounces, or eight glasses — supports skin, energy, and overall function. Needs vary by body size, climate, and activity level, so use thirst and urine color as your best guide. Many women are more dehydrated than they realize. Signs of dehydration include dull skin, fatigue, brain fog, and headaches. Here is the system: Start every morning with 16 oz of water before you consume anything else—including coffee. This immediately rehydrates your body after 7-8 hours of sleep and kickstarts your metabolism. Keep a 32oz water bottle with you at all times and aim to finish it twice daily. Add lemon slices, cucumber, or mint if plain water bores you—the goal is simply to get it in. Within five days of proper hydration, you will notice that your skin appears plumper and dewier, your energy levels increase, your digestion improves, and your appetite becomes easier to manage. Water is the original beauty serum, and it costs almost nothing.

Dry brushing is a centuries-old technique that has a remarkable effect on both skin texture and overall well-being. Using a natural bristle brush on dry skin before your shower, brush in long upward strokes toward the heart—starting at the feet and working up the legs, then from the hands up the arms, and across the torso. Dry Brushing for Circulation This practice stimulates the lymphatic system, which is responsible for removing toxins and waste from the body. It also improves circulation, which gives the skin a healthy, rosy glow. After just one week of daily dry brushing, you will notice your skin is smoother, softer, and significantly less dull. Do this for five minutes before your morning shower.

Lymphatic Drainage Basics The lymphatic system does not have a pump like the heart — it relies on movement and manual stimulation to function. When lymph flow is sluggish, you will notice puffiness (especially in the face and around the eyes), bloating, and skin congestion. The simplest lymphatic drainage technique: each morning, use your fingertips to gently sweep from the center of your face outward and downward toward your lymph nodes (located just below your ears and along your jawline). Then sweep downward along the neck. Do this for three minutes after cleansing. Follow with a gua sha tool if you have one — the combination will visibly de-puff your face in minutes.

Sit down with your phone and open every social media platform you use. Scroll through the accounts you follow and ask yourself one honest question about each: Does this account make me feel inspired and uplifted, or does it make me feel lesser, anxious, or inadequate? In what ways have I been neglecting my body? How will I begin treating it as the home it is? This may be the most challenging portion of Week 1, because it requires you to confront the invisible weight you have been carrying — the constant noise, comparison, and stimulation that is quietly draining your energy and dimming your light. Days 5–6: Digital and Mental Detox Your Social Media Audit Unfollow ruthlessly. Unfollow diet culture accounts that make you feel your body is wrong. Unfollow highlight reels that trigger comparison. Unfollow people from your past who keep you emotionally anchored to a version of yourself you are leaving behind. This does not mean it is maintenance. Your mental environment is as important as your physical environment.

Replace what you unfollow with accounts that teach you something, make you laugh genuinely, or show you women living beautifully and authentically. Fill your feed with evidence of what is possible. Beginning on Day 5, commit to keeping your phone face down for the first 30 minutes after waking. This is non- negotiable. The first 30 minutes of your day set the neurological tone for everything that follows. When you reach for your phone immediately upon waking, you are handing the authorship of your mood, your thoughts, and your energy over to other people's emails, posts, and opinions. The Phone-Free Morning Rule What version of me am I leaving behind? Who is the woman stepping forward to take her place?

Complete your Week 1 check-in below. Score yourself again on the same five pillars from your Starting Snapshot. Do not be discouraged if the numbers have not shifted dramatically —inner shifts always precede outer results. What you are looking for is not perfection, but movement. Day 7 is not a day off — it is a day of intentional rest and reflection. These are two very different things. Rest means giving your nervous system genuine recovery: a long bath, gentle movement only, nourishing food, and early sleep. Reflection means looking honestly at Week 1 and acknowledging how far you have already come. Day 7: Rest and Reflection Skin & Body Care — Week 1 Score: _____ / 10 Movement & Energy — Week 1 Score: _____ / 10 Mindset & Mental Health — Week 1 Score: _____ / 10 Style & Confidence — Week 1 Score: _____ / 10 Habits & Routine—Week 1 Score: _____ / 10

✦ I release everything that no longer serves my highest self. ✦ My body is my home, and I treat it with love and care. ✦ I am worthy of the effort it takes to glow. ✦ I choose my mental environment as carefully as my physical one. ✦ The reset has begun. I am already becoming her. Your Affirmations This Week What was my biggest win this week? What did I learn about myself?

If Week 1 was about clearing the ground, Week 2 is about planting seeds. This week, you will begin stacking the physical and nutritional habits that create the kind of glow that comes from genuine health — not just surface-level effort. ✦ WEEK 2 ✦ BUILD Week 2 Overview Here is the truth about habits: they are not built through motivation. They are built through systems. Motivation is a wave—it comes and goes. Systems are structures that carry you forward even on the days when motivation has entirely left the building. Week 2 is about building those systems. You may feel sore early in the week. You may feel tired before your body adjusts to the new sleep schedule. You may feel some resistance to the nutrition changes. All of this is completely normal and is actually a sign that your body is shifting. Lean into the discomfort. The glow is being built in the moments you show up anyway.

Do not let the word 'workout' intimidate you. We are starting with 20 minutes of intentional daily movement — a duration that is long enough to produce results and short enough to fit into even the most overwhelming day. Minutes 1-5: Warm-up walk (brisk, arms swinging, chin up). Minutes 6-12: Your choice of movement — a YouTube yoga video, a beginner Pilates class, a dance workout, a jog, a resistance band circuit. The only rule is that you enjoy it enough to repeat it tomorrow. Minutes 13-18: Strength focus — three sets of 10 squats, 10 glute bridges, and 10 modified push-ups. These three exercises hit the major muscle groups and create the toned, lifted appearance most women are seeking. Minutes 19-20: Cool-down stretch, focusing on hips, spine, and shoulders. Days 8–9: Movement Routine Your 20-Minute Daily Movement Plan Why Walking Is Underrated If you do nothing else in Week 2 for movement, walk. A 30- minute daily walk done consistently—not perfectly, consistently—is linked in research to lower anxiety, better circulation and skin tone, support for weight management, and improved sleep quality. It is free, requires no equipment, and can be done anywhere.

Three exercises to do daily: Wall angels (stand against a wall, slide arms up and down), chin tucks (gently pull the chin back, creating a 'tall neck'), and shoulder blade squeezes (pull shoulder blades together and hold for 5 seconds). Do each for 10 repetitions every morning. After two weeks, you will notice you naturally hold yourself differently. How does it feel to move my body with love rather than punishment? What kind of movement makes me feel most alive? The Posture Practice Walk with intention: shoulders back, chin up, gaze forward, arms moving naturally. The posture you walk with trains the posture you carry everywhere else. Nothing about your physical appearance changes as dramatically — or as instantly — as your posture. A woman standing tall, shoulders back, chest open, commands a room before she says a single word. Poor posture compresses the spine, pushes the stomach forward, rounds the shoulders, and can add the visual appearance of 10 extra pounds.

I want to be very clear before this section begins: this guide does not promote any diet, calorie restriction, or food-based anxiety. What we are discussing here is nourishment — feeding your body the things it needs to produce beautiful, healthy skin, sustained energy, and a strong, functional system. Nothing is off-limits. Everything is about addition, not restriction. Days 10–11: Nutrition Basics Eat for Your Skin Your skin reflects what you eat within 24-48 hours. Foods high in refined sugar spike insulin, which triggers inflammation — and inflammation shows up directly on the skin as acne, redness, and dullness. Foods rich in antioxidants, healthy fats, and vitamins do the opposite: they reduce inflammation, support collagen production, and create the dewy, clear complexion every glow up is chasing.

3 Foods to Increase This Week: Fatty Fish (salmon, sardines, and mackerel): Omega-3 fatty acids support the skin barrier. Two servings per week is a reasonable target, with benefits building gradually over time. Leafy Greens (spinach, kale, and rocket): Packed with vitamin C, which is essential for collagen synthesis. Add a handful to smoothies, eggs, or pasta—you will not taste it, and your skin will thank you. Berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries): Highest antioxidant content of any fruit. Antioxidants fight free radical damage — the primary cause of premature skin aging. A daily handful is enough. Simple Anti-Inflammatory Meal Ideas Breakfast: Overnight oats with chia seeds, blueberries, and almond butter. High in fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats—it keeps you satiated and energized until lunch. Lunch: Large salad with mixed greens, avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, grilled salmon or chickpeas, and a lemon-olive oil dressing. Simple, nourishing, and genuinely delicious. Dinner: Stir-fry with colorful vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas) with brown rice or noodles and either tofu or chicken. The more colors on your plate, the wider the range of vitamins and antioxidants you consume.

Snacks: Almonds and dark chocolate, hummus with cucumber, Greek yogurt with honey, and an apple with nut butter. These snacks stabilize blood sugar and prevent the afternoon energy crashes that lead to poor food choices. How does the food I eat make me feel — physically and emotionally? What is one nourishing habit I can commit to this week? Days 12–13: Sleep Glow Protocol Sleep is not passive. While you sleep, your body enters its most intensive repair mode—producing human growth hormone, regenerating skin cells, processing emotional experiences, consolidating memories, and regulating every hormonal system in your body. The phrase 'beauty sleep' is not a metaphor. It is biology.

The Golden Hours of Sleep (10pm–2am) Slow-wave sleep—the deepest, most restorative stage— tends to concentrate in the earlier part of the night, and it's during deep sleep that human growth hormone (HGH) is released, supporting cellular repair, muscle recovery, skin regeneration, and metabolism. What matters most is a consistent sleep schedule and getting enough total sleep — generally 7 to 9 hours. Going to bed and waking at similar times each day helps your body get more of that deep, restorative sleep, regardless of the exact clock hours. To shift your sleep earlier: begin dimming lights in your home at 8:30 pm, stop all screens by 9:30 pm, and have a consistent wind-down routine that signals to your nervous system that sleep is approaching. Nighttime Skincare Routine (3-Step Beginner) Step 1 — Double Cleanse (as established in Week 1): Try never to sleep with makeup on. Sleeping in makeup clogs pores, can worsen breakouts, and contributes to oxidative stress on the skin overnight—over time this adds up, even if there's no exact 'years added' figure.

Step 2 — Serum: Apply a targeted serum to clean skin. The two most evidence-backed night serums are vitamin C (brightening and antioxidant) and niacinamide (pore- minimizing and tone-evening). Apply three to four drops and press gently into skin—do not rub. Step 3 — Moisturizer: Seal in the serum with a nourishing moisturizer. At night, your skin is in repair mode and is more receptive to active ingredients than at any other time. Look for ingredients like ceramides, hyaluronic acid, retinol (if your skin tolerates it), or bakuchiol (the gentle, natural alternative to retinol). Silk Pillowcase and Hair Care Basics A silk pillowcase is one of the most worthwhile investments you will make for your glow up. Cotton pillowcases create friction that causes wrinkles, frizz, and skin irritation over the years of use. Silk and satin reduce friction dramatically, keeping both your skin and hair smoother overnight. If a silk pillowcase is not in your budget, a satin one costs very little and produces similar results. Before bed, loosely braid or tie your hair with a silk scrunchie (never a tight elastic) to reduce breakage. Apply a small amount of hair oil — argan, castor, or coconut — to the ends of your hair three times per week before bed. This one habit, maintained over 30 days, will visibly transform the health and shine of your hair.

What is currently stealing my sleep? What one change could I make tonight to protect my rest more fiercely? Day 14: Mid-Point Check-In You are halfway through your first two weeks, and this is the moment to pause and genuinely celebrate. Not when it is perfect. Now. Because showing up for yourself — even imperfectly, even on the hard days — is something worth celebrating. Retake your five-pillar assessment and compare your scores to Day 1 and Day 7. Look for movement, not perfection. Even a shift of one or two points in any pillar represents real, meaningful progress. ✦ I show up for myself even when it is hard, especially when it is hard. ✦ My body is growing stronger and more beautiful every single day. ✦ I nourish myself with food, movement, water, and rest. ✦ I am building a life that feels as good as it looks. ✦ Consistency is my superpower. I keep showing up. Your Affirmations This Week What am I most proud of from the last two weeks? What habit has surprised me the most with how good it makes me feel?

After two weeks of resetting and building, your foundation is solid. Your skin is cleaner, your body is moving, your energy is shifting. Now it is time to elevate—to align your outer expression with the inner work you have been doing. ✦ WEEK 3 ✦ ELEVATE Week 3 Overview Week 3 is about style, presence, and the quiet art of carrying yourself in a way that communicates your worth before you open your mouth. This is not about fashion trends or expensive purchases. It is about intentionality — choosing, with care and consciousness, how you present yourself to the world. There is a psychological phenomenon called enclothed cognition: the clothes we wear directly influence our thoughts, feelings, and performance. When you dress intentionally — even on a casual Tuesday morning at home — you signal to your brain that you are a woman who takes herself seriously. That signal ripples through every choice you make for the rest of the day.

Days 15–16: Wardrobe Edit Before you buy a single new thing, we need to know exactly what you have. Week 3 begins with a wardrobe edit — a deeply satisfying, occasionally emotional process of clearing out what no longer represents who you are and curating what remains into a collection that genuinely serves you. The Three-Pile Method Take everything out of your wardrobe and place it on your bed. Then sort every item into one of three piles: KEEP: Items you love, that fit you perfectly right now (not when you lose weight or gain confidence—right now), and that make you feel like the woman you are becoming. These are your keepers. DONATE: Items that no longer fit, that you have not worn in over a year, that remind you of a version of yourself you have left behind, or that simply do not make you feel good. Release them with gratitude for what they represented at the time. MAYBE: Items you are uncertain about. Put these in a bag and store them out of sight for two weeks. If you do not reach for any of them, donate the bag without opening it. What remains in your wardrobe after this edit should be a collection of items you genuinely love. Even if it is smaller than before — especially if it is smaller — a wardrobe full of clothes you love is infinitely more useful than a wardrobe overflowing with clothes you feel merely okay in.

Capsule Wardrobe Essentials A capsule wardrobe is a small, intentional collection of high- quality, versatile pieces that work together across countless outfits. The goal is never to have more—it is to have exactly enough, all of it beautiful and functional. Essential pieces every woman benefits from: one pair of well- fitting jeans in a dark wash, one pair of tailored trousers, two to three classic fitted T-shirts in neutral tones, one versatile blazer, one white button-down shirt, two casual dresses (one that works for day and one for evening), one comfortable knitwear piece, and shoes in three categories—casual (trainers or loafers), smart-casual (ankle boots or block heels), and dressy (a heel or elegant flat you genuinely love). Fit Over Fashion, Always The most transformative style principle you will ever learn is this: fit matters more than brand, price, color, or trend. A ten-dollar dress that fits your body perfectly will always look more polished than a hundred-dollar designer piece that does not. Get your favorite pieces tailored. Learn your specific measurements. Know which cuts work for your proportions. Fit is everything.

When I imagine the woman I am becoming, how does she dress? What does her wardrobe say about who she is? Days 17–18: Hair and Beauty Upgrade Your hair and your beauty routine are not about conforming to an external standard. They are about the ritual of care — the daily practice of attending to yourself with intention. When your hair is healthy and your beauty routine is streamlined, you move through the world differently. You feel ready. And readiness produces confidence. Low-Maintenance Hair Care Routine The biggest mistake women make with hair care is overcomplicating it. A simple, consistent routine outperforms an elaborate one every time. Every wash day: Use a sulfate-free shampoo focused on the scalp (not the lengths), followed by a hydrating conditioner applied only to the mid-lengths and ends. Rinse with the coldest water you can tolerate—cold water seals the hair cuticle, creating maximum shine.

Between wash days: Protect your hair from friction (silk pillowcases, silk scrunchies), and resist the urge to brush when dry and prone to breakage. Instead, detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb on wet, conditioned hair. Weekly treatment: Apply a deep conditioning mask or hair oil treatment once per week, concentrating on the ends. Leave on for 20-30 minutes under a shower cap before washing out. Over four weeks, this single habit will produce a visible improvement in hair shine, softness, and strength. The No-Makeup Makeup Look The 'no-makeup makeup' look is the most flattering, timeless, and universally wearable beauty approach—and it is much simpler than it appears. The goal is to enhance your natural features rather than cover or transform them. Step 1 — Skin prep: A tinted moisturizer or light foundation blended with clean fingers (not a brush) for the most natural finish. Spot-conceal only where needed.

Step 2 — Brows: Brush your brows up with a clean spoolie. Fill in any sparse areas with short, feathery strokes using a brow pencil one shade lighter than your natural brow color. Step 3 — Eyes: One coat of mascara on upper lashes. That is it. Nothing opens the face more immediately or more naturally. Step 4 — Cheeks and lips: A cream blush in a soft pink or peach tone, dabbed onto the apples of the cheeks and blended upward. Apply the same product to the lips as a subtle tint for a perfectly cohesive, natural flush. Nail Care Basics Polished, well-maintained nails communicate attention to detail and self-care in a way that people register instantly, often subconsciously. You do not need a professional manicure. Weekly maintenance takes ten minutes. File nails in one direction only (back and forth creates microtears). Push back cuticles gently after a shower when they are soft. Apply a clear base coat, one coat of your chosen color, and a clear top coat. Remove and redo once per week. Clean, shaped nails in even a simple nude or clear polish look more polished than chipped color in any shade. How does taking care of my appearance make me feel about myself? Is it an act of joy or of obligation—and how can I shift it toward joy?

Days 19–20: Posture and Presence We have arrived at what I consider the most underrated element of every glow up: the way you inhabit your body. Your posture, the speed at which you move, the steadiness of your gaze, the space you allow yourself to take up — these are the invisible elements that determine how people experience you before you say a single word. Three Posture Exercises That Change How People See You Exercise 1 — Wall Angel: Stand with your back flat against a wall, feet about six inches from the baseboard. Press your lower back into the wall. Raise Your arms to a goalpost position (elbows at shoulder height, bent at 90 degrees) and slowly slide them up the wall above your head, keeping contact throughout. Return to the start. 10 repetitions, daily. This corrects rounded shoulders and opens the chest dramatically. Exercise 2—Chin Tuck: Sitting or standing, gently draw your chin straight back—not down—as if making a double chin. Hold for five seconds. Release. This strengthens the deep cervical flexors, which correct forward head posture (a very common modern postural problem caused by phone and computer use). 10 repetitions, daily.

The second is the pace of your movement. Anxious, self- conscious people move quickly—they walk fast, talk fast, and gesture quickly, as if trying to take up as little time and space as possible. Confident women move slowly, deliberately. They take their time sitting down, standing up, reaching for something, and responding to a question. Slow, deliberate movement communicates that you believe Your presence is worth the room's time. Practice it consciously until it becomes unconscious. Eye Contact and the Slow-Movement Secret There are two non-physical qualities that the most magnetic, confident women share, and neither requires a single product or purchase. The first is eye contact. Genuine, warm, unhurried eye contact communicates confidence, presence, and trustworthiness simultaneously. Practice holding eye contact for three to five seconds in conversation before looking away naturally. This single habit will change how people experience you within a week. Exercise 3 — Thoracic Extension: Sit in a chair and place your hands behind your head, fingers interlaced. Gently arch your upper back over the chair back, looking up toward the ceiling. Hold for three seconds. This reverses the forward rounding that accumulates from desk work and phone use. Do this every hour if you sit for long periods.

Day 21: Confidence Check-In The Main Character Mindset Here is the mindset shift that ties Week 3 together: begin moving through the world as if you are the main character of the story. Not in a self-absorbed way — in an intentional, present, engaged way. The main character notices beauty. She notices how sunlight falls on the table at breakfast. She dresses with intention even when staying home. She walks into a room expecting to belong there. This is not a delusion. It is a decision. Decide that you are worth noticing. Decide that your presence matters. Decide that you belong in every room you enter. The world will reorganize itself around that decision faster than you can imagine. If I were the main character of my own life story, how would she carry herself? What would she no longer tolerate? What would she choose instead? Pause here and take your mid-transformation photo if you are comfortable doing so. Look at yourself not with criticism but with curiosity. What has visibly changed? What has internally shifted? Often, the most profound changes in a

Glow-ups are invisible in photographs—a different quality to the light in your eyes, a new uprightness in how you hold your spine, and a settledness that comes from three weeks of choosing yourself. ✦ I dress for the woman I am becoming, not the woman I used to be. ✦ I carry myself with the quiet confidence of someone who knows her worth. ✦ My presence is a gift. I walk into rooms and belong there. ✦ I am becoming more beautiful in ways that go beyond the surface. ✦ Style is how I show myself—and the world—that I take myself seriously. Your Affirmations This Week Whom am I becoming? How is she different from who I was 21 days ago — not just on the outside, but in the way she thinks about herself? You made it to Week 4. I want you to understand what that means, because I do not think you fully realize it yet: most people quit. Most people buy the guide, read three pages, do four days, and return to their old patterns. You did not. You are here, on Week 4, with 21 days of consistent effort behind you. ✦ WEEK 4 ✦ BECOME Week 4 Overview This final week is the most important of all four, because it is where the transformation becomes permanent. Weeks 1 through 3 gave you the habits, the routines, the physical practices. Week 4 is where we go into the engine room of all of it — your mindset — and make sure that what you have built does not collapse the moment life gets difficult again. The women who maintain their glow-ups are not the ones with the most discipline. They are the ones who have done the inner work. Those who have examined their beliefs about themselves. Those who have decided, at the level of identity, that they are a woman who takes care of herself.

Days 22–23: Mindset Mastery Your mindset is not fixed. This is not a motivational statement — it is neuroscience. The brain is neuroplastic, meaning it physically reshapes itself in response to repeated thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. The thoughts you think most frequently literally carve neural pathways in your brain, making those thought patterns automatic over time. Identify Your Three Biggest Limiting Beliefs Write them here, honestly and without judgment. These are the thoughts that show up most frequently when you try to make positive changes: This means that the limiting beliefs you have carried about yourself—I am not the kind of person who is disciplined—are false. I always fail at this. I am not attractive enough. I do not have what it takes—that is not the truth. They are neural patterns. And neural patterns can be changed. Limiting Belief 1: ____________________________________________ Limiting Belief 2: ____________________________________________ Limiting Belief 3: ____________________________________________

The Flip the Script Technique For each limiting belief, write the opposite — not in a forced, fake-positive way, but in a truthful, evidence-based way. For example: Limiting belief: 'I always give up before I see results.' Flipped: 'I have completed 22 days of my glow-up guide. I am someone who follows through.' The flip works because it is true. You have the evidence. You are 22 days in. That is proof that the old story no longer applies. Write your three flipped beliefs and read them aloud every morning for the remainder of this guide. The Morning Affirmation Ritual (5 Minutes) Every morning of Week 4, before you pick up your phone or begin your day, stand in front of a mirror and speak your flipped beliefs aloud—along with the weekly affirmations in this guide. This feels uncomfortable for most people at first. That discomfort is important. It is the feeling of new neural pathways being built. Stay with it. Speak slowly. Make eye contact with yourself. Mean what you say. The brain responds to repetition and emotional intensity— The more presence you bring to your morning affirmations, the more rapidly the neural pathways shift.

This may be the section of the guide that most women need most urgently, and yet it is rarely discussed in the context of glow-ups. Because here is the truth: you can do everything right — the skincare, the movement, the nutrition, the sleep — and still feel perpetually drained if you are continuously giving your energy to people, situations, and environments that take without replenishing. Your nervous system does not distinguish between physical depletion and emotional depletion. A relationship that leaves you feeling anxious, exhausted, diminished, or constantly confused produces the same physiological stress response as a lack of sleep or poor nutrition. Cortisol rises. Skin suffers. Sleep deteriorates. Motivation vanishes. What story have I been telling about myself that is keeping me small? What is the new story—the true story—that I choose to tell instead? Days 24–25: Boundaries and Energy How Draining Relationships Block Your Glow

You do not need to end relationships abruptly or dramatically. But you do need to be honest with yourself about which relationships in your life are rooted in genuine mutual care and which are rooted in obligation, habit, or fear of disappointing others. The first category deserves your full presence and energy. The second deserves boundaries. How to Say No — Gracefully and Without Guilt Most women struggle with saying no because they have been socialized to equate their value with their availability. Here are three phrases you can use to decline without elaborate explanation or guilt: 'I appreciate you thinking of me, but I am not able to commit to that right now.' 'That does not work for me—I hope it goes wonderfully.' 'I need to protect my time and energy this season. I am going to have to pass, but thank you.' Notice that none of these responses include an excuse, an apology, or a lengthy explanation. You do not owe anyone a justification for protecting yourself. A boundary is not a wall — it is a door with a lock that only you control. Your Energy Audit In the spaces below, list three to five things that reliably fill your energy and three to five things that reliably drain it:

FILLS me: ___________________________________ ____________________________________________ DRAINS me: ___________________________________ ____________________________________________ The goal of every week moving forward: do more of what fills you, do less of what drains you, and set firm boundaries around the rest. Manifestation has accumulated a significant amount of both devotion and skepticism, and I want to address both honestly. The truth is neither mystical nor dismissive: your brain has a system called the Reticular Activating System (RAS) that acts as a filter for the enormous volume of information it receives every second. The RAS prioritizes information that matches what you have told your brain to look for—your goals, your beliefs, and your expectations. Where am I currently giving energy I cannot afford to give? What boundary have I been afraid to set, and what would change if I set it? Days 26–27: Manifestation and Vision

When you vividly and repeatedly imagine the life you want, you're not magically attracting it. You're keeping your goals top of mind, which can make you more likely to notice relevant opportunities, connections, and resources around you. The woman who believes she is becoming confident tends to act and notice things differently than the woman who doesn't — not because the world changed, but because her attention and choices did. How to Write a Future Self Letter This is one of the most powerful exercises in this entire guide. Set a timer for 20 minutes. Write a letter from your future self — the woman you will be in exactly one year — to your present self. Write in the past tense, as if the transformation has already happened. Describe her daily life in vivid sensory detail. What does she eat for breakfast? How does she feel when she looks in the mirror? What are her habits? What has she let go of? What is she proud of? What does she no longer worry about? How does she carry herself? Who is in her life?

Write freely, without editing or second-guessing. Let your future self speak. When you finish, read the letter aloud. Then fold it and keep it somewhere safe. Read it again on Day 30. Vision Board in 20 Minutes A vision board is not wishful thinking — it is a daily visual reminder of your RAS programming. When you see images that represent your goals multiple times daily, your brain steadily prioritizes the pathways that lead toward them. For a digital vision board: open Canva (free), create a phone wallpaper size, and search for images that represent your glow-up pillars: radiant skin, joyful movement, nourishing food, your style aesthetic, places you want to go, and feelings you want to embody. Arrange them beautifully and set them as your phone wallpaper so you see them every time you unlock your screen. For a physical board: cut images from magazines and arrange them on a sheet of card. Place it somewhere you see every morning—your bathroom mirror, your bedside table, or your wardrobe door. The Scripting Method Scripting is writing about your desired life in the present tense as if it were already your reality. Each morning for the last four days of this guide, spend five minutes writing one paragraph about your glow-up life in the present tense: 'I wake up feeling energized and rested. My skin is clear and

glowing. I move my body with joy every morning. I feel confident and at home in myself...' This practice is deceptively simple and profoundly effective. If I absolutely knew I could not fail, what would my life look like one year from today? Describe it in extraordinary detail. The most common question I receive is this: how do I actually keep the habits going after the 30 days end? And the honest answer is that most people do not — not because they lack willpower, but because they never built the infrastructure for the habits to live within. Days 28–29: Habits That Stick Willpower is finite. It depletes throughout the day, making late-evening habit maintenance statistically the most likely to fail. The women who maintain their glow ups do not rely on willpower. They use systems. The Habit Stacking Formula Habit stacking is attaching a new habit to an existing one, using the existing habit as a trigger. The formula is: 'After I [existing habit], I will [new habit].'

Examples: 'After I make my morning coffee, I will do my five- minute affirmation ritual.' 'After I get into bed, I will apply my night serum. 'After I shower, I will do my lymphatic face massage. ''After I eat lunch, I will go for a 10-minute walk.' Build Your Personal Non-Negotiables List These are the five habits—from everything you have practiced in the last 28 days—that have produced the most significant positive impact on how you feel. These become your daily non-negotiables: the practices that happen regardless of how busy, tired, or unmotivated you feel. Because you are no longer doing them for motivation. You are doing them because they are who you are now. By anchoring new habits to behaviors that already occur automatically, you eliminate the decision-making fatigue that causes them to fail. The existing habit does the work of remembering for you. My 5 Non-Negotiables: 1. ___________________________________________ 2. ___________________________________________ 3. ___________________________________________ 4. ___________________________________________ 5. ___________________________________________ What does the woman I am becoming do every single day, without exception? What habits define her, regardless of how she feels?

I need you to sit with that for a moment. Thirty days ago, you opened this guide as someone who wanted to change. Today, you close it as someone who has. The version of you who started this journey on Day 1 and the woman reading these words right now are not the same person. She grew. She shifted. She showed up for herself—and that is the most profound kind of glow-up there is. ✦ DAY 30 ✦ GRADUATION DAY Today is not the end. Today is the evidence. Evidence that you are capable. Evidence that you are consistent. Evidence that when you decide something about yourself, you can make it real. Take that evidence and carry it into every hard thing that comes next.
