1.-ZEN LAYERS COMMERCIAL 6 LOCATION SITE AREA STATUS SEVASI, VADODARA 300M. SQ ACADEMIC PROJECT A contemporary Beauty Salon and Lounge designed to provide a luxurious, comfortable, and relaxing experience. The space combines beauty, wellness, and functional planning through natural materials, soft colours, layered textures, and calming lighting. Inspired by the calmness of Zen, the design creates a journey where beauty meets balance. Flowing pathways, natural materials, soft colours, layered textures, and gentle lighting transform the salon into a peaceful retreat. The five elements —Earth, Fire, Water, Wood, and Metal—shape a harmonious experience that allows users to relax, refresh, and reconnect. CONCEPT EXTERIOR VIEW PLAN
7 SECTION NAIL ART ZONE MAKEUP ZONE PEDICURE AND MANICURE A warm and elegant nail art space designed with arched mirrors, a wooden workstation, soft neutral tones, and ambient lighting. The minimalist design creates a calm, comfortable, and luxurious experience while maintaining a clean and functional workspace. The Nail Art Zone is designed with soft beige tones, curved forms, and warm lighting to create a calm and luxurious atmosphere. Functional workstations and elegant details ensure a comfortable and seamless salon experience. The Pedicure Zone is designed as a warm and relaxing space with soft seating, layered platforms, and natural textures. Curved lighting and wooden lattice screens create a calm, luxurious, and visually engaging atmosphere.

SQ ACADEMIC PROJECT Navigator Nexus is a contemporary law firm designed to create a professional, organized, and trustworthy working environment. Inspired by Neoclassical architecture, the design combines symmetry, elegance, order, and refined detailing with modern functionality. The space includes reception and waiting areas, director cabins, meeting and board rooms, workstations, a library, record room, pantry, and a chill-out space. Inspired by Neoclassical order and elegance, Navigator Nexus creates a refined journey through spaces of trust, clarity, and professionalism. Symmetry, structured forms, and timeless details reflect the strength and prestige of the legal profession. CONCEPT PLAN

Neoclassical details, balanced forms, and elegant finishes reflect the identity and prestige of the law firm. The waiting area offers a calm and comfortable environment for visitors. Soft seating, warm materials, and a structured layout create a sense of trust, comfort, and sophistication. The director’s office combines elegance with functionality to create a strong and authoritative workspace. Refined detailing and organized furniture reflect professionalism, leadership, and prestige. The manager’s office is designed as a practical and comfortable workspace with a clean, organized layout. Modern functionality is balanced with elegant details to maintain a professional atmosphere.

The project translates the twin-house concept into a complete set of working drawings, furniture layouts, material details, and construction drawings. From concept development to a handmade scale model, every element was developed to communicate the design intent and buildability of the space.
