TestimonialsMichaila and Ethan were so helpful when purchasing our home, we lived in Chicago and did a handful of our home tours in person when we could make it out to the Bay Area but since we only had limited time there they did countless video chat tours for us and filmed the places for us to be able to review after the tours as well. This was extremely helpful during our house hunting and they were very patient with us as well saw over 25 different homes (probably on the low end, couldn’t keep track of them all!). They did a great job of keeping track of all of our priorities when looking for potential homes and helped give perspective on things that were not clear in the video tours like how much sunlight the home would get, noise levels, views and much more. They explained everything to us very clearly and helped navigate the differences between the Chicago market and California market as they are very different with the procedure, local codes/regulations, and how the homes are built. We consider ourselves to be pretty familiar with the home buying process but did get a bit overwhelmed with the differences that come with buying in California and they made that transition very easy. They also helped us with getting all the information about the solar panels on the home and what was required to get everything transferred over. They even found us some discounts on our internet plan! After we found our house in Kensington and closed on it, they were still extremely helpful after closing. They facilitated changing our locks for us since we were still not moved to California yet and offered to help coordinate with any services we wanted done on the home while we were in the process of moving. Even after moving in, they continued to lend their support with finding out information about certain things in the home that we had questions about or general questions about the area.
