It also reminds us that while we are gaining knowledge in our chosen course, we should continue to develop good character and a sense of responsibility to our country. We also demonstrated teamwork by listening to each other and encouraging participation. I can apply my group’s ideas by volunteering in community programs and encouraging others to join. CLASS CODE: 405 GROUP NO., NAME & POSITION: 5-ANGELIHAN-ASSISTANT LEADER DATE: July 30, 2026 INSIGHTS/LEARNING I visited our barangay hall twice to interview our barangay captain about the the programs and activities in our community. During my first visit at around 3:30 PM, I spoke with a staff member, who informed me that the barangay captain was not available at that time. I returned the following day at around 2:00 PM, but the barangay hall was unattended, so I was unable to ask about their ongoing activities. Since I could not obtain information directly from the barangay officials, I checked the official Facebook page of our barangay. Based on the posts I found, the most recent community activity featured was a clean- up drive. I did not find information about other ongoing programs or activities. From my experience, I learned that our barangay officials are not doing their work properly. Also, barangay hall should always accessible. I hope that in future, our barangay can provide more accessible information about its programs and activities so that residents and students can stay informed and become more involved in community initiatives.,

I do these things during my short breaks, so that I can relax. Also, when I relax myself for a short time, I don’t feel drain and I can work the next task properly. I handle my mental stress by spending time with my family and with myself. I spend my time with my family by visiting church, so we pray and asking guidance to Jesus. Every Sunday we always go to outside like doing family dinner. Lastly, I spend my time to myself by doing physical activities like lifting weights and walking at outside.

Right now, one of the popular social issues is the Pax Silica project, it became viral because it has many arguments about the benefits and disadvantages of it. Government stated that, it will increase the employment rate, and it will boost our economy. Though it has many bad effects, like taking away people's land and using a huge amount of water for the project. Aside from these issues, our group was also assigned to discuss drug dependency, which is another serious social issue in the Philippines that affects individuals, families, and communities.

Rosario, Angeles City FM-CES 4020 Rev. 1 Effectivity Date: February 13, 2020 In our barangay, the most noticeable issue is the broken roads and improper drainages, which stem from poor road planning, limited maintenance budgets, and heavy truck overloading. To fix this at the source, barangay officials should immediately push for increased maintenance funding and strictly enforce weight limits on local roads. They must also prioritize re-engineering drainage channels and repairing sidewalks so residents can walk safely and avoid flash floods during heavy rains. By taking proactive measures to improve infrastructure, the local government can prevent life-threatening delays during emergency scenarios and protect the community's overall well-being.

Since it is rainy season, I use the extra time to study the subjects that I will take for my midterm exams so I can prepare myself. Aside from studying and helping at home, I still try to stay active by going to the gym even when it is raining. However, if the weather is too bad and I cannot go to the gym, I do a home workout instead. Overall, I try to use the suspension as an opportunity to study, stay productive, and take care of my responsibilities at home.

By dividing everything into internal factors like Strengths and Weaknesses and external ones like Opportunities and Threats, it helps you see the full picture of a project especially a community project. Although, the SWOT Analysis only becomes useful when you start connecting the dots instead of just writing down random points. The most interesting part of learning about SWOT is seeing how you can pair the quadrants together to make real plans. For example, using your strengths to jump on big opportunities, while using those same strengths to protect against threats. On the other side, looking at your weaknesses next to threats makes you realize where you are most vulnerable and need to fix things fast. I can see how this framework isn't just for big corporations but could also help communities and governments plan out their projects. Overall, SWOT Analysis is a great starting point that turns overwhelming ideas into clear plans.
