Confirming your Wedding celebrations To secure your chosen date a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of 10% or £500, whichever is the greater, is required, together with a signed copy of our terms & conditions and your chosen quotation. Provisional bookings can be held for 14 days, after which the date is not secured without a deposit. A second deposit, 50% of the outstanding balance, is due 6 months prior to the wedding date. Final Details Meeting – we will invite you in to finalise your plans 6 weeks prior to your special day. Your final bill will then be sent to you for payment no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
