This is a design presentation for the refurbishment and extension of Moltons Dental Practice in Bexley, Kent. It is prepared by Hague Dental Supplies for practice owners Ahssan and Marta. The document covers the project goals, spatial layouts, colour schemes and interior design concepts for the practice.

The presentation begins with project goals: extending and refurbishing the existing three-surgery practice, converting two garages, and adding a CBCT room, treatment coordinator's office, staff room and larger reception. Before images show the current surgery, reception, stairs and exterior frontage.

Four 2D spatial layout options are presented. Option 1 keeps reception on the original side without rear extension but with garage conversion. Option 2 keeps reception on the original side with garage conversion only. Option 3 extends two garages, the rear and over the left garage, with reception moved. Option 4 is the chosen downstairs layout with five surgeries.

The project inspiration section describes a neutral feel with a feature garden and doors opening onto it. The colour palette includes Rose Ash, Liquorice, Quartz, Cinnamon, Mist and Sage, blending the Moltons brand strength with Akoya's soft natural tones.

Design concepts cover reception with soft light finishes, stone, wood and fabrics; waiting area seating in soft greens and light terracottas with black touches; bathrooms with cool natural stone and black elements; a curved wall feature with ombre wallpapers and delicate lighting; softly lit storage and refreshment areas; and clinical areas with natural tones to avoid a clinical feel.
