I hope everyone had a great summer! As we enter the final quarter of 2026, I’d like to wish everyone a happy, healthy, and enjoyable holiday season! Valencia Ridge is truly beginning to take shape, with new clubs forming, the Racquet Club gaining momentum, and monthly events and gatherings providing more opportunities for neighbors to connect, build friendships, and enjoy all that our community has to offer. We look forward to sharing more exciting holiday events with you and encourage you all to buy your NYE tickets before they are sold out! Sophia Ragusa has done a fantastic job organizing and running the various events and activities and James Smith has been a major asset to the community as your Property Manager. They make an amazing team, and their hard work is truly appreciated. Valencia Ridge is now 53% sold and we have welcomed more than 180 residents to the community since July 2025! Development of the final parcel is wrapping up, and construction is prepared to start building in that phase later this month! Thank you all for your continued support of our beautiful community! Veterans are invited to meet at the Social Hub at 8:45 a.m. for a 9:00 a.m. Veterans Walk. All residents are welcome to gather for coffee and give them a warm send-off. Coffee Bar & Brew will be on-site, and active-duty and retired military members will receive 25% off their purchases. Then, come together for a community potluck from 1:00–4:00 p.m. and a special slideshow recognizing our resident veterans

All skill levels are welcome, and admission includes two bourbon or brandy cocktails and a selection of charcuterie bites. HOLIDAY COOKIE EXCHANGE Sunday, December 6 | 2:00-4:00 p.m. Bake two to three dozen cookies, display them with a card noting the cookie name and major allergens, and spend the afternoon sampling treats and socializing with neighbors. Bring your own boxes or containers to take home your favorites. Any extra cookies brought in will be donated to a local memory care center.
