OpTime/Anesthesia August 2026 After Visit Summary Paperless AVS Option The Visit Taskbar now prompts you to give patients their AVS in digital or print format. You’ll see a Send AVS, Print AVS, or Send and Print AVS button, depending on the patient’s preferences. If you need to choose another option, click the menu next to the button. Patients with MyChart can access their AVS after the visit is closed, regardless of which option is selected. However, selecting Send AVS or Send and Print AVS gives the patient an active notification and makes the AVS available digitally right away. For patients who do not have MyChart, selecting Send AVS or Send and Print AVS allows the patient to receive a text or email with a link to their AVS. Wellstar Health System This prints the AVS and any additional documents included with it by default. No notification is sent to the patient. Print AVS Option
OpTime/Anesthesia August 2026 Pre-op, Intra-op, and PACU Nurse eConsent 30-Day Expiration Date A new Expiration Date column has been added to the Consents section. This column displays the expiration date of the eConsent. The expiration date is calculated based on the date the first signature is captured in the eConsent form. In the example below, the first signature was captured on 7/7/2026, resulting in a 30-day expiration date of 8-5-2026. If an eConsent expires before the scheduled surgery date, a new cConsent, including blood consent and all required signatures must be obtained before the surgery begins. Wellstar Health System

You can now access the Wellsource Main Page from the Online References toolbar drop-down. This link provides a quick and easy way to access Wellstar’s SharePoint website. Wellstar Health System
