To me, architecture is about capturing a sense of place. My academic foundation—built through a technical Diploma in Architecture at UTM Kuala Lumpur and refined during my Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies at IIUM—has taught me to approach design with a blend of practical discipline and creative curiosity. Whether I am solving complex spatial workflows for an institutional project during my time with Ariffin Architect Sdn Bhd or coordinating heritage showcases, I am always seeking the sweet spot where tradition meets modern innovation. This perspective naturally extends into my passion for architectural photography. I view the camera lens as an extension of the drafting board—it forces me to slow down and study how light plays off a material, how scale impacts a user, and how a structure anchors itself to its surroundings. Photography isn’t just about documenting a finished building; it is a critical tool that teaches me how to look at space more deeply, directly shaping how I design when I return to the screen. Stepping into my professional phase, I ground my work in adaptability, a strong collaborative drive, and a constant hunger to refine my craft. I thrive on translating abstract concepts into tangible realities, whether that happens through a 3D model, an exhibition layout, or a single photograph. Ultimately, my goal is to design and document spaces that don’t just exist, but truly resonate with the people who move through them. A B O U T M E

D E S I G N “Tiga Retreat” is a two-storey ecotourism resort designed using modular shipping containers, nestled in the forest and overlooking the sea on Pulau Tuba. The design is inspired by the topography of the site- seaside, forest and hill. This become the anchors of the architectural concept — shaping spatial orientation, experiential flow, and the spiritual essence of the retreat. Rooted in the Islamic principle of Tafakkur (contemplation of nature as a path to understanding the Creator), the retreat invites guests to journey through the forest canopy, dwell in elevated spaces aligned with the horizon, and pause for reflection facing the sea — all while embracing sustainable, low-impact building practices. The resort design unfolds as a journey through three spatial realms, each corresponding metaphorically to the topography of the site. ECO-RESORT YEAR 2, 2 SEMESTERN D 6

“Jalur Tempa” represents the forged routes that shaped Klang’s industrial identity. Through railways, bridges, and port infrastructure, these iron paths carried tin from the depths of the earth to the river’s mouth, transforming landscape, labour, and life. The architecture interprets these routes as linear, structural, and material expressions of industry, set in dialogue with the fluid movement of the river — where rigidity meets flow, and history becomes experience. This project proposes a highly contextualized, 3-story hybrid fisheries hub that resolves the core friction between heavy marine industry and public civic life. Located along the strategic riverfront of Kuala Terengganu, the design rejects conventional flat zoning, opting instead for a spatial strategy inspired by the traditional Terengganu Songket Weave. This is also the time I had the chance to showcase my graphic design works at Archidex 2025 and also finally got to see the installation of PAM Pavilion which I had the opportunity to help with fabrication process under Ar. Firadaus Khazis’ “Space Lab Design and Build” days prior. Also my first experience recording an official press conference with other huge media outlets such as Bernama, TV3 and other media outlet crews- filming YB Nga Kor Ming’s official press conference. 45
26TH ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE EXHIBITION (LARAS) PRESENTER A W A R D S E X P E R I E N C E S 10 FEBRUARY 2026 I served as the official presenter for our Maldives' Multimedia Team heritage works during the exhibition launch on 10 February 2026. The absolute pinnacle of this project was having the distinct honor of personally presenting our photographic documentation and architectural heritage media to Tengku Ampuan Pahang, Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah. Standing at our interactive display station, I guided Her Royal Highness through our 3D model of Hukuru Miskiy, explaining how we used digital media to preserve and highlight the intricate architectural layers and historic craftsmanship of the region's heritage site. 46
ARIFFIN ARCHITECT SDN. BHD. INTERN / 3D MODELER 2021 I was tasked with developing detailed 3D models and spatial layouts for complex institutional and residential projects. A major responsibility was constructing the 3D modeling for the Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM) renovation. I built scaled interior simulations of high-precision spaces— including operating theatres, patient ward beds, and waiting zones—alongside a massive cutaway axonometric model mapping the building's overall workflow. Parallel to this, I handled residential interior design projects, creating full 3D mockups of modern open-plan living rooms and custom layouts to visually communicate our design concepts. 47
