Gaining inspiration from the message of Bambanti, the BAMBANTI Endeavors is conceived to connect not only with Isabeleños but with different partners with a common aim to spread awareness and spark development among communities. The BAMBANTI Endeavors is the official e-newsletter of DILG Isabela. It is a complement of the DILG Region 02's official publication “Amariong” in heralding good news about the agency in the countryside. The e-newsletter is published on-line in a quarterly basis. The news and feature articles were contributed by DILG Isabela personnel highlighting the implementation of PPAs in teh Field Offices as well as showcasing the best practices of LGUs along various areas of governance, outstanding performance of LGU Officials or Functionaries and DILG Isabela personnel.

2nd QuarterBBBIIINNNAAABBBMMMAAAENDEAVORS Liwanag at kapanatagan, dulot ng Proyektong Rural Electrification sa Divilacan LUNGSOD NG ILAGAN, ISABELA | Liwanag at kapanatagan sa mga residente ng Dilakit, Divilacan, Isabela ang dala ng proyektong Rural Electrification. Ang nasabing proyekto ay pinasinayaan noong ika-20 ng Hunyo 2026. Ito ay pinondohan sa pamamagitan ng Local Government Support Fund - Support to the Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) CY 2024 na nagkakahalaga ng ₱2.5 milyon. Ang nasabing seremonya ay pinangunahan nina Dir. Elpidio A. Durwin, CESO IV, Kawaksing Panrehiyong Patnugot ng Kagawaran ng Interyor at Pamahalaang Lokal, Kgg. Florita C. Bulan, Punong Bayan ng Divilacan, Isabela, mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan at Sangguniang Barangay ng Dilakit, at mga kawani ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Divilacan. Sa mensahe ni Dir. Durwin, naisabuhay na ang pangarap ng mga residente. Aniya, “Noon, marahil ay isang pangarap pa lamang ang pagkakaroon ng suplay ng kuryente sa Barangay Dilakit. Sa pagkukumpleto ng proyektong ito, ang pangarap na iyon ay naging isang realidad na magdadala ng isang maginhawang buhay at mas maraming oportunidad para sa ating komunidad.” Ayon kay Punong Bayan Bulan, mas pinili ng ilang residente noon na pansamantalang manirahan sa ibang barangay dahil sa kakulangan ng kuryente. BBBIIINNNAAABBBMMMAAAENDEAVORSKabilang sa mga pangunahing proyektong pinasinayaan ay ang kalsada sa Barangay Alibagu na nagkakahalaga ng PhP2,000,000.00 sa ilalim ng 2024 SGLGIF. Kasabay nito, binigyang-lakas din ang sektor ng agrikultura sa pamamagitan ng mga farm-to-market road (FMR) sa apat na barangay, ito ang Batong Labang, Capellan, Rang-ayan, at Villa Imelda na pinondohan naman sa ilalim ng FY 2024 SBDP (PhP2,000,000.00) at SBDP - Unprogrammed Appropriation (PhP5,000,000.00) para sa Phase I at Phase II ng proyekto. 2nd Quarter LUNGSOD NG ILAGAN, ISABELA | Binigyang-diin ng pamahalaang lokal ng Ilagan ang dedikasyon nito sa pag-unlad ng mga kanayunan sa ginanap na pagpapasinaya ng mga proyektong imprastraktura sa City Hotel, Lungsod ng Ilagan, Isabela noong ika-6 ng Mayo 2026. Ang mga nasabing proyekto ay pinondohan sa ilalim ng FY 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF) at ng FY 2024 Local Government Support Fund- Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP). Samantala, pinuri ni Panrehiyong Patnugot Agnes A. De Leon, CESO IV ang pagiging independent ng Ilagan. "This is the highest form of excellent governance—na ang LGU ay hindi na naghihintay sa ibibigay ng higher authorities upang paunlarin ang sariling bayan," pahayag ni Panrehiyong Patnugot De Leon. Binigyang-diin naman ni Panlalawigang Patnugot Engr. Corazon D. Toribio, CESO V na ang pagkapanalo ng SGLG ay katumbas ng pagpili sa kahusayan. "Complacency and mediocrity should not be in our vocabulary. Hindi dapat tayo hihinto sa paghahanap ng mabuti at mas maganda para sa ating bayan," saad niya. Ang tagumpay ng mga proyektong ito ay nakamit sa pagtutulungan ng Kagawaran ng Interyor at Pamahalaang Lokal at Lungsod ng Ilagan na inaasahang magbubukas ng mas maraming oportunidad para sa kalakalan at mas mabilis na transportasyon para sa mga residente ng mga malalayong barangay. Layunin ng oryentasyon na mabigyan ang mga miyembro ng PIMTF ng kinakailangang kaalaman bilang paghahanda sa pagsusuri sa mga lungsod at bayan Isabela. Saklaw ng aktibidad ang masusing talakayan ukol sa implementasyon ng 2026 CFLGA, na nagbibigay-diin sa kahalagahan ng mga polisiya at programang makabata sa antas ng lokal na pamahalaan. Ang CFLGA ay nagsisilbing mekanismo upang masukat ang pagganap ng mga lokal na pamahalaan sa pagtiyak ng mga karapatan at kapakanan ng mga bata sa kani-kanilang mga komunidad. Dumalo sa nasabing pagtitipon ang mga kinatawan mula sa mga pangunahing ahensya, kabilang ang Panlalawingang Tanggapan ng Kagawaran ng Interyor at Pamahalaang Lokal, Integrated Provincial Health Office (IPHO), Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO), Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) at Kagawaran ng Edukasyon. BBBIIINNNAAABBBMMMAAAENDEAVORSBBBIIINNNAAABBBMMMAAAENDEAVORSOfficial Publication of DILG Isabela Sa layuning mapaigting ang kamalayan ng mga kabataan at motorista, isinagawa ang isang seminar na may temang "Road Safety Starts with Me: A Road Safety Seminar for Youth Leaders and Drivers" na pinangunahan ng Panlalawigang Pamahalaan ng Isabela sa pamamagitan ng Provincial Safety Office (PSO),KABATAAN AND MGA MOTOISTA NG ISABELA, KABATAAN AND MGA MOTOISTA NG ISABELA,nagkaisa para sa mas ligtas na kalsadanagkaisa para sa mas ligtas na kalsada 2024 ay nagpakita ng 35% na pagtaas mula sa pinakamababang antas noong 2021 (Isabela PPO Road Crash Incident Summary para sa CY 2019–2024). Ipinaalala ni LGOO V Cielo ang mga legal na balangkas na dapat ipatupad ng mga lokal na pamahalaan. Binigyang-diin din nya ang kahalagahan ng pagsasama ng mga kaukulang interbensyon ng mga LGU upang mabawasan ang mga insidente ng road crash sa kani-kanilang Peace and Order and Public Safety (POPS) Plan. These programs aim to ensure that former rebels transition smoothly into mainstream society with stability, and renewed purpose.2 The marriage ceremony took place at the Halfway House of the province - the very facility where they are temporarily residing as they undergo their reintegration process.
