A respected authority in integrated marketing and technology for associations, Jeanne develops client integrated marketing strategies that focus on growth, value, content, and digital presence tied to measurable goals. Jeanne brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to her role, including more than a decade in content management technology and consumer packaging. In this role, she leads day-to-day operations, drives strategic initiatives, and helps SAM scale sustainably while delivering high-quality service to association partners. With 20 years of association managementexperience, Paulina has led across governance, strategy, staff development, member programs, events, and organizational growth. She also serves as Executive Director of the Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented and is a past Chair of the Texas Society of Association Executives. Dwyer, CAE, Chief Client Officer/Partner, Association HeadquartersMike Dwyer has more than 30 years of experience in association management and serves on the AH Executive Leadership Team (ELT). He is also a partner at AH. In addition to his AH leadership role, Mike serves as President of the Baby Safety Alliance (formerly the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association), the national trade organization representing 95% of the juvenile products industry and AH’s legacy client since the company’s founding in 1978.As Chief Innovation Strategist for AH, Mike leads the company’s innovation, growth, and market strategy initiatives. His work includes advancing new service models, analyzing competitive and operational benchmarks, identifying high-growth sectors, and helping position AH for future expansion within evolving professional and credentialing markets. Mike is widely recognized within the AMC profession for his leadership in professional development and industry advancement. He is serving his second term on the AMC Institute (AMCI) Board of Directors and serves as Board Liaison to the Professional Advancement Committee. Mike previously chaired the committee and led the development of AMCI’s Certificate Courses and Specialist Badge Programs, helping establish structured career pathways for AMC professionals. He also plays a leadership role in developing the forthcoming AMCP Credentialing Program, designed to establish a new standard of excellence for the profession. With more than 30 years of experience, Jennifer partners closely with associations and AMC clients to deliver tailored solutions that align business objectives with the right brands and hotels.A trusted advocate for the AMC community, she has played a significant role in elevating awareness and understanding of the AMC model — most recently through key sourcing efforts, championing AMC engagement within IHG, securing and hosting the AMCI 2025 Regional Meeting venue in Indianapolis, and strengthening connections between AMCs and hotel partners. Jennifer is valued for her collaborative approach, her ability to remove obstacles, and her commitment to ensuring every partnership delivers sustainable results. Fuller, FASAE, CAE, is Global Head of Association Solutions and Chief Strategy Officer at MCI, where she works with colleagues around the world to strengthen strategy, governance, and long term sustainability for associations. Over more than two decades, Erin’s career has been grounded in service to the AMC profession and a belief in the power of professional management to help mission driven organizations thrive. In 2015, Erin helped lead the sale of Coulter to MCI and chose to remain with the organizationto help establish and grow MCI’s U.S. platform. Working alongside talented teams, she supported the integration of an entrepreneurial AMC culture within a global organization, contributing to the evolution of MCI’s association practice. This work ultimately led to her appointment to serve as the global head, association solutions at MCI Group, where she now helps promote the value of the AMC model internationally across a global team of nearly 2,000 talents in 34 countries. Erin served as Chair of the Association Management Company Institute (AMCI) in 2021–2022, helping to guide the industry through the continued challenges of the COVID era with an emphasis on connection, shared learning, and professional integrity. She has also served on the AMCI Board and in leadership roles with ASAE. A lifelong volunteer leader, Erin has served as President of the American University Alumni Association and is a founding board member of Social Offset and The Clothesline for Arlington Kids, reflecting her enduring commitment to strong governance, community impact, and service beyond her professional role. She lives with her two young adult sons in Arlington, Virginia.
