INTRODUCTION DELIVERY AGENT & COMMUNITY CENTRE / PROJECT REVIEW ABOUT ME I am Pushpendrasinh Chauhan, an architecture student with a keen interest in exploring the rela- tionship between creativity, functionality, and the built environment. My journey in architecture has helped me develop skills in conceptual thinking, spatial planning, design exploration, and visual representation. I enjoy experimenting with forms, geometry, materials, and innovative design ap- proaches to create meaningful spaces. I believe architecture is not just about constructing build- ings, but about understanding people, their needs, and their experiences. Through my academic projects and design explorations, I aim to develop my architectural knowledge, strengthen my technical skills, and create sustainable, user-oriented spaces that combine aesthetics with func- tionality.

SITE ANALYSIS DELIVERY AGENT & COMMUNITY CENTRE / PROJECT REVIEW PROJECT NARRATIVE The project aims to design a multifunctional space for approximately 50 delivery agents, integrat- ing rest, recreation, sports and cultural activities. The centre will provide a comfortable environ- ment where delivery agents can relax between working hours, participate in indoor and outdoor sports, and engage in cultural events and social gatherings. The design should include semi- open resting areas, recreational zones, spaces for cultural performances, flexible activity areas, basic amenities and shaded outdoor spaces. The architectural approach should focus on inclu- sivity, comfort, climate responsiveness and efficient space planning, creating a welcoming com- munity hub that promotes physical well-being, social interaction and cultural expression.

CONCEPT & DESIGN INTENT DELIVERY AGENT & COMMUNITY CENTRE / PROJECT REVIEW DESIGN INTENT The design intent is to use curvilinear forms to represent movement, connection, and com- munity. Inspired by the continuous movement of delivery agents and the dynamic energy of sports and cultural activities, the curves create a sense of flow throughout the space. They guide circu- lation, define activity zones, and encourage inter- action while maintaining visual continuity between indoor and outdoor areas. The fluid geometry symbolizes the journey of delivery agents, while its interconnected forms represent unity, recre- ation, and cultural expression. The design aims to create an inclusive, energetic, and welcoming environment where people can relax, participate, and connect beyond their daily work. Concept keywords: Fluidity • Movement • Con- nection • Interaction • Continuity • Community

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT DELIVERY AGENT & COMMUNITY CENTRE / PROJECT REVIEW DESIGN DEVELOPMENT The design evolved through a process of spatial organization, axis formation, and func- tional integration. Beginning with the place- ment of individual spaces, the composition gradually developed around a diagonal circu- lation spine that connects the different activity zones. The angled forms establish distinct functional areas while maintaining a continu- ous movement pattern throughout the site. This progression aims to create an efficient yet dynamic environment for delivery agents to participate in sports, cultural activities, and social interaction.

DIGITAL MODELS DELIVERY AGENT & COMMUNITY CENTRE / PROJECT REVIEW DIGITAL MODEL The digital models illustrate the architectural development of a community space designed to bring together functionality, comfort, and social interaction. The design explores simple geo- metric forms, sloping terracotta roofs, exposed structural elements, and textured masonry sur- faces. The exterior views highlight the building’s massing, landscape integration, and pedestri- an approach, while the interior view showcases the relationship between structural elements, natural light, and semi-open spaces. Together, these visualizations communicate the project’s material palette, spatial character, and connection between built and open environments. 01. Exterior Perspective Explores the building’s overall massing, terracotta roof forms, and integration with the surround- ing landscape. 02. Entrance & Landscape Highlights the arrival experience, landscaped surroundings, and transition between outdoor and indoor spaces. 03. Interior & Structural Expression Demonstrates the exposed roof structure, solid masonry elements, and the character of the semi-open communal space

ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS DELIVERY AGENT & COMMUNITY CENTRE / PROJECT REVIEW ARCHITECTUREAL DETAILS The architectural details explore the construction and assembly of the building, focusing on the relationship between the sloping roof, masonry walls, and foundation. The sectional drawings illustrate structural connections, material transitions, and construction tech- niques, demonstrating how the design concept is translated into practical building elements. The study emphasizes structural stability, material efficiency, and the integration of architectural form with con- structional requirements.
