At the venue, Almonsabthan arrives late and receives a discouraging message from his rival Brawramenday. She taunts him about his parents' death, triggering an anxiety attack. Despite this, he performs and wins second place, feeling devastated that he failed his parents.
Weeks later, the penguin judges reveal that Brawramenday had been lip-syncing and was disqualified. Almonsabthan is proclaimed the true champion and invited to another musical event. Overcoming his stage fright with determination, he wins first place and is crowned the singing king of the canopy.
