6 Periodic Site Visits Construction Observation Clarification of Design Details Review of Shop Drawings and Material Samples Responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) Issuing Supplemental Drawings when necessary Reviewing Progress Accomplishments Assisting with Final Inspection Construction officially begins once all permits are secured and a contractor has been selected. During construction, our role is to protect the integrity of the design and ensure that the project is being built according to the approved plans.
