VERY FLEXIBLE, MORNING SESSIONS AND AFTERNOON SESSIONS CAN BE DONE!While this spot is great year round, its an exceptionally good vibe for fall photos. Parking is easy and the trails are mostly flat and dirt or woodchips. For this spot, it is recommended to avoid overly dark colors like green, navy and blacks, so you will pop from the background. 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO SUNSET IS IDEAL EASY PARKINGAn almost always empty hidden beach cove near Hercules. This spot is great for little kids as the beach is safe, and there are so many shells to collect and play with! This is a great spot for fun candid photos, or even a beach picnic session. RECOMED TO START APPROX 1 HOUR BEFORE SUNSET EASY PARKING DOG FRIENDLY JENN CHEN PHOTOGRAPHYThis location never fails to deliver. There is one hill at the beginning and then flat surfaces after that. Once you are up the first hill, you will see amazing views below. It’s safe for toddlers to play and usually fairly quiet aside from the occasional biker or hiker. The hills are green in the spring, and golden in the fall. There is a garden area with some color throughout the year but is exceptionally vibrant in the spring and summer. WALNUT CREEK HILLS
This one is very different depending on the time of year. This location is bursting with colorful flowers in the spring and into the early summer. Even in the fall, it has a bit different look than other golden hills. There are some different textures of shrubs and trees that create a unique landscape. Great photos can be taken with little hiking and with no climbing hills, although if you opt to climb some small hills, you can get very dymanic photos! A very small hill is at the beginning as you walk from the parking, but it’s completely flat at the photoshoot location.
