IMPACT REPORT2025

Dear Friends and Neighbors, Because of funds raised during the 2024 United Way campaign, United Way Hamblen County supported 21 local partner agencies in 2025, strengthening critical services across our community. These dollars stayed local and were invested through our four focus areas—Healthy Community, Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, and Community Resiliency—to meet urgent needs and support long‑term stability. Campaign contributions also supported the work of United Way itself, including stewardship, fundraising, data support, and community coordination. This infrastructure ensures resources are directed responsibly, outcomes are measured, and our community’s needs are met with accountability and care. Together, these investments helped children thrive, families stabilize, individuals access essential health services, and neighbors receive support during times of crisis. No single organization could do this work alone—but united, we continue to build a stronger, more resilient Hamblen County. Thank you for believing in this community and in the power of working together.Sincerely, Jen&Haley Jen Haley2 | 2025 UNITED WAY HAMBLEN COUNTY IMPACT REPORT

United Way of Hamblen County brings people and resources together to strengthen our community. Each year, we support over 20 local agencies that provide essential services — from emergency aid and health support to youth programs and senior care — reaching more than half of Hamblen County. We do this by bringing our community together — donors, volunteers, and partners — to spark opportunity, strengthen families, and build a Hamblen County that is healthier, more hopeful, and more resilient.
