The Embassy at Chicagoland Christian Center — Fourth Quarter Fast Guide 1 THE EMBASSY AT CHICAGOLAND CHRISTIAN CENTER Apostle Shaun M. Davis • Pastor Tiffany Davis A SEASON OF SIGNS & WONDERS Fourth Quarter Fast & Prayer Guide September — October — November — December 2026 “Give us a sign that we may know...”

The Embassy at Chicagoland Christian Center — Fourth Quarter Fast Guide 2 Why We Fast and Pray Each quarter, we set apart the first seven days of the last four months of the year — September, October, November, and December — to fast and pray as a ministry. We fast to contend for the signs and wonders of God to be established in our lives, in this ministry, in our community, and in our schools. We take our pattern from the prophet Isaiah. When God called Isaiah to walk as a living sign before Egypt and Cush, his obedience — costly and uncomfortable as it was — became the very thing God used to demonstrate what He was about to do among the nations. Isaiah's sacrifice was not the point; it was the vessel. His yielded obedience became the sign that pointed people to what God had already declared. We fast the same way. Our sacrifice is not the point — our obedience is the vessel. As we humble ourselves for seven days each month, we position ourselves to see God move in ways that point beyond us: in our households, in this house of worship, over our leaders, in our finances, in our growth, and in our schools and community. Each day of the seven carries its own focus, so that our prayer is specific and unified as a body. The seventh day of each cycle is a day of corporate assembly — we gather together as a sign of our agreement with God's Word, believing together for what He has spoken.

The Embassy at Chicagoland Christian Center — Fourth Quarter Fast Guide 3 Fasting Guidelines Below is the dietary plan for each of our four fasting cycles. Each cycle builds toward greater consecration as the year draws to a close. Month Dates Dietary Plan SEPTEMBER September 1–7 One meal per day Each day, believers eat one meal, at a time of their choosing, abstaining from food the remainder of the day. OCTOBER October 1–7 Fruits and vegetables only Each day, believers eat only fruits and vegetables (a Daniel-style fast), avoiding meat, bread, sweets, and processed foods. NOVEMBER November 1–7 Fruits and vegetables, after sunset Each day, believers abstain from all food until sunset, then break the fast with fruits and vegetables only. DECEMBER December 1–7 One meal per day, after sunset Each day, believers abstain from all food until sunset, then eat one meal. Daily Prayer Times Throughout each fast, we come together in prayer three times a day — individually or corporately — at 6:00 AM, 12:00 PM (Noon), and 6:00 PM. Use these set times to pause, pray through that day's focus, and stand in agreement as a ministry. The Seventh Day of Each Cycle On the 7th day of each month's fast, we observe a full day of rest from all food, taking in liquids only — water, natural juices, and smoothies. This day is set apart for corporate assembly, where we gather as a ministry to pray together in agreement. A Word Before You Begin Please listen to your body and use wisdom throughout each fast. Stay hydrated and rest as needed. If you are pregnant or nursing, living with diabetes or another medical condition, taking medication, or are otherwise medically vulnerable, please modify this plan as needed and consult your physician before beginning an extended fast. Fasting is a matter of the heart before it is a matter of the body — come as you are able, in faith.

We look forward to gathering with you on each 7th day as we come into agreement with God's Word. THE EMBASSY AT CHICAGOLAND CHRISTIAN CENTER Apostle Shaun M. Davis • Pastor Tiffany Davis
