Cinderella Once upon a time, Cinderella lived with her mean stepmother and stepsisters. She had to clean all day and wear old clothes. One day, there was a big party at the palace. Cinderella wanted to go, but her stepmother said no. Suddenly, a kind fairy godmother appeared! She used her magic wand to give Cinderella a beautiful dress and glass shoes. She said, “You must come home before midnight!” Cinderella went to the party and danced with the prince. When the clock struck twelve, she ran away fast and dropped her glass shoe on the stairs. The next day, the prince looked for the girl who fit the shoe. Cinderella tried it on, and it fit her foot! The prince was so happy.
