Hoi Xua is a branding project that reimagines traditional Vietnamese folk games through a contemporary visual language. The festival celebrates cultural heritage by reconnecting young audiences with nostalgic childhood games such as o an quan, nhay day, and keo co, while bringing them into a fresh, vibrant, and inclusive experience
In this project, I developed the entire visual identity system for the festival with the intention of capturing the lively, joyful spirit of traditional gatherings.
FIRST PIECE The branding system includes logo design, mascot development, festival signage, print materials, merchandise, and environmental graphics. My goal was to transform the energy, laughter, and communal playfulness of Vietnamese folk festivals into a visual form that feels both familiar and new. BEST FESTIVAL HERE

SECOND PIECE Vulpy is an interdisciplinary design project that combines learning, play, and storytelling to create an engaging English- learning experience for children
The app introduces Vulpy, a cheerful little fox who serves as the user’s companion and learning buddy throughout the journey.
Designed with a warm and playful visual identity, the app uses soft shapes, expressive illustrations, and vibrant colors to foster positivity and curiosity in young learners.

THIRD PIECE Open Up Your Mind is a conceptual design book exploring the theme of mental liberation — the act of freeing oneself Each spread unfolds as a visual metaphor: lines become thoughts, knots represent anxiety, and open spaces symbolize release. from tangled, chaotic thoughts.
Designing this book became a way for me to observe my own inner patterns, to translate confusion into form, and to see how visual reduction can actually reveal clarity.

This editorial project was created as part of the Typography course, reimagining a Harper’s Bazaar magazine issue titled “The Wind of Change.” The publication explores themes of modern femininity, confidence, and self- expression, featuring Vietnamese singers and influencers who embody the evolving standards of beauty and empowerment.

This 2023 illustrated calendar is a personal project inspired by my favorite characters, Joseph and Aesop, from the game Identity V. Created with heartfelt dedication, the project expresses my love for storytelling through art, and my belief that design can preserve emotion in time, month by month, frame by frame.
TIME KEEPER HERE
In many ways, this calendar is a time capsule of my own growth as someone who finds comfort in the act of drawing. It will always remain one of my most personal and heartfelt projects.

Co-Intelligence is an experimental publication that reflects on the relationship between human creativity and Artificial Intelligence in contemporary design. Developed as part of the Design Engagement course, the project explores how AI is transforming the creative landscape in Vietnam raising both excitement and uncertainty among designers.
VISUALIZED ENLIGHTMENT HERE
Visually, the publication adopts a minimalist black-and-white palette, using the metaphor of plant growth to depict the evolution of AI from a small seed of human invention to a complex, ever-growing system.
Each chapter unfolds like a dialogue between humans and machines, questioning where emotion ends and algorithm begins.
Closing Statement
As this portfolio comes to an end, I look back at these projects not just as assignments or creative exercises, but as some of the most meaningful experiences I’ve ever had the chance to explore. Each piece represents long days of effort, experimentation, and problem-solving but also moments of discovery, excitement, and quiet joy. This collection is a reminder that creativity is a journey sometimes challenging, often unpredictable, but always rewarding.
