Favor QA Guidelines FAVOR CHURCH
WELCOME TO FAVOR QA HQ! What should be posted on the Favor QA HQ? Any creative material that will be publicly posted on any of our social media platforms, groups, and channels (email lists and large FB groups included), especially if it will be seen by more than 50 people outside our church core. Why the need for QA? Everything we produce shapes how people see God, Jesus, the Bible, Christianity, and our church. One typo, a misplaced punctuation mark, an inappropriate word, or a harsh visual can make a difference. Fewer errors mean fewer distractions. When we make things clear, readable, understandable, and excellent, it draws people's attention in a great way. What is QA? Oh yeah! In case you didn't know: QA = Quality Assurance.
What should we do before posting? Please make sure before you post that you do a self-check by ensuring that the material meets as many of the requirements listed below for Video/Audio/Graphics/Copy. Doing this (and learning these guidelines) will save us a lot of time! Please make sure we are allowed to use the content/graphic/audio/video footage, and if any credits are needed, please include credits when posting. No to plagiarizing :) When in doubt, ask us about usage.

Avoid Christianese. Everything should be understandable by someone who's never been to church Keep copy genuine, patient, casual, friendly, and fun when it fits.
