SDGIPKR BULLETINSDGIPKR BULLETINSDGIPKR BULLETIN TOWNHALL 2026 Port Klang, July 2026 - On 28 July 2026, the annual Town Hall Meeting was successfully conducted lasting 3 hours at Gallery room, bringing together 90 employees from across the organization. The session provided an excellent platform for HODs and employees to connect, share updates, and align on our goals for the future. A highlight of the Town Hall was the interactive Q&A session, where employees had the opportunity to share feedback and ask questions directly to the leadership team. This open exchange reinforced our commitment to transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. th EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & CULTURE OF CAREEMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & CULTURE OF CAREEMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & CULTURE OF CARE WELLNESS BITES 2026 & EN HAWALUDIN’S FAREWELL Following the Townhall Meeting, employees participated in a Wellness Event designed to promote healthy living, enhance well-being, and encourage positive lifestyle habits. Through this event, employees had the opportunity to receive healthy food such as healthy lunch set, mixed nut, yoghurt and fruit juices. The day's activities concluded with a heartfelt En Hawaludin’s Farewell to celebrate and recognize a retired collegues who served almost 16 years of service to our company. The event aimed to acknowledge and appreciate his contributions, dedication, and achievements throughout their time with the organization. On 30 July 2026, employees were treated to a refreshing and engaging Fruit Festival at assembly point, organized by our dedicated Change Agents. The are few fruit selection including king of fruit, Durian, Pulasan. Langsat, Mangosteen and Longan. Completion of audits with no major findings, reflecting continued focus on compliance and governance. The initiative aims to encourage employees to embrace the principles of 5S and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across all departments. Employees are invited to implement 5S improvements within their work areas and those winner will be announced on weekly basis as well as valuable prizes will be awarded. th OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF 5S PROGRAM LEADERSHIP & FUTURE DIRECTION Port Klang, July 2026 - During the recent Employee Engagement Session with Richard Town on 6th July 2026, colleagues gained valuable insights into PKR's 3- Year Vision and Action Plan, which is centered on five key strategic pillars: Safety, People, Customer, Cost, and Reliability. This vision and action plan represents an important milestone in our operational transformation journey. Therefore, SDGI PKR is pleased to announce the launch of the 5S Program, a continuous improvement initiative to strengthen workplace organisation, ownership and operational discipline.
