Dear Royal Family, Namaste! This month, as I sat and looked back at our projects, one thing hit me very clearly. We don’t run out of work. We run out of hands. And those hands belong to YOU. This year our theme is not just 3 words. It’s a formula. PURPOSE gives us direction. PASSION gives us fuel. POTENTIAL gives us wings. 1. PURPOSE: Why We Show Up: We are not here just to attend meetings. We are here to change one life, one street, one child at a time. Every polio drop, every health camp, every scholarship has a PURPOSE. When purpose is clear, excuses become excuses. I request all of you to give a little more TIME. 2 hours a month. That one extra camp. That one extra follow-up. That is where impact lives. 2. PASSION: How We Show Up: Passion is not loud. Passion is consistent. I have seen members who quietly donate, who quietly mentor, who quietly show up at 6 AM for a service project. To every member who is already giving EFFORTS and DONATIONS - Thank you. Your passion is contagious. But let’s make it more visible. Let’s recognize and appreciate each other more. Clap louder for the member who led the project. Share their story in the group. Tag them. Celebrate them. Appreciation is the cheapest donation with the highest return. When we appreciate one, we encourage ten others to step up. 3. POTENTIAL: What We Can Become Together : Indore Royal has 80+ members. Imagine if each of us brought just 1 friend to 1 project. That’s 80 new hands. Imagine if each of us increased participation by just 10%. That’s 800% more impact in a year. Our POTENTIAL is not in 2-3 people doing everything. Our POTENTIAL is in all of us doing a little more, together. This is also how we show SOLIDARITY AND SUPPORT to our fellow members. When you attend their project, when you donate to their cause, when you say "Well done" publicly - you are telling them: I see you. I am with you. And that support becomes the bridge for someone else to say Main bhi karunga/karungi. MY REQUEST TO YOU THIS MONTH: TIME: Block 2 hours for one club activity. Be there. EFFORT: Take ownership of one small task. Don’t wait to be asked. DONATION: Give what you can. Money, skills, contacts. Every drop fills the ocean. PARTICIPATION: Come. Bring a guest. Bring energy. Meetings are not for minutes, they are for momentum. APPRECIATION: This week, personally thank one fellow Rotarian for their work. Watch how it multiplies. Royal Family, we are not just a club. We are a movement. With PURPOSE in our heart, PASSION in our work, and belief in our POTENTIAL, we can make 2026-27 the year Indore Royal is remembered for. Let’s not just be members on paper.
