Why join us? The Corvus Learning Trust has a clear mission to support our schools to provide an exceptional education experience. As a member of our Multi-Academy Trust, you will have access to a dedicated Central Team who have a wealth of experience working directly with and supporting schools and headteachers, and a passion for education. Regardless of where you are on your journey, the high- quality support available is personalised for each individual school. A common misconception about becoming a Multi-Academy Trust member is the fear that you will lose autonomy over your school. This is certainly not the case with Corvus! We want to work with schools who wish to maintain their own unique identity and provide a curriculum that meets the specific needs of their pupils. The Trust is here to provide support, share best practice and tailor our offer to the schools’ specific needs. We work closely with Local Governing Bodies to operate our schools so that governance is carried out at school level and this ensures the individuality of schools is maintained. We strongly believe that leadership and financial decisions should be school‑centric, keeping resources where they can have the greatest impact. Our Central Team is experienced and offers comprehensive support and guidance in finance, operations and estates, governance, HR, legal, and most importantly, education support. Joining Corvus brings with it many training and development opportunities for headteachers and their staff. We work together to support school improvement, and we ask our schools to be willing participants in sharing best practice and supporting each other. We were delighted to welcome three additional schools to the Trust and they quickly became part of the Corvus family. Our Central Team support new joiners through the early exploratory stages, the process of due diligence, the legal requirements liaison with local authorities through to onboarding. We are with you every step of the way and operate according to your timescales, not ours. Individuality Training and development A family of schools Great value 3

Together we flourish We welcome all school types and OFSTED categories; we are incredibly proud to be inclusive. We believe that remaining local is important. Our Central Team want to be close to our schools, enabling support to be delivered more quickly, effectively, and collaboratively. We also believe that Multi-Academy Trusts are most successful when they have a deep understanding of the communities and contexts of their schools. To maintain this local approach, we aim for all our schools to be within approximately 30 miles of our central offices in Sandhurst. We are not seeking to become a large Trust; instead, we are focused on building a strong local partnership where schools work together, share leadership, and learn from one another. We welcome schools that share our vision, values, and commitment to delivering the very best outcomes for children and young people. We know our school communities Inclusivity Our Values Delivering an exceptional education: We aim to provide an exceptional education to all young people. Collaboration: Our schools work together while retaining their own individuality. Shared values: Our schools share values, a common ethos, and vision for education. Respect: We value respect for everyone. Responsibility: We value responsible decisions, taking ownership, and being mindful of the impact. Kindness: We value being kind and caring. Tolerance: We value tolerance and understanding. 4
